Class B-2 Common Shares definition

Class B-2 Common Shares means the Class B-2 Common Shares as defined in the Company’s Second Amended and Restated Bye-laws.
Class B-2 Common Shares means the Class B-2 Common Shares, $.01 par value per share, in the capital of the Company.
