Class B Notes Factor definition

Class B Notes Factor shall be calculated as follows: 29,200,000 - KR NF = 29,200,000 whereby NF means the Class B Notes Factor which is calculated to six decimal places and KR means the total of all principal repayments of the nominal amount of all Class B Notes paid respectively on each Payment Date up to (but excluding) the relevant respective Payment Date.

Related to Class B Notes Factor

  • Class B Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.

  • Class A Notes means the Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-2 Notes, the Class A-3 Notes and the Class A-4 Notes.

  • Tranche B Notes means the promissory notes, if any, of the Borrower in favor of each Tranche B Lender provided pursuant to Section 2.4(f) or Section 2.5(f) and evidencing the Tranche B Loans of such Tranche B Lender, individually or collectively, as appropriate, as such promissory notes may be amended, modified, restated, supplemented, extended, renewed or replaced from time to time.
