Class B Pool Factor definition

Class B Pool Factor means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the Class B Certificate Balance as of the close of business on such Distribution Date (after giving effect to any payments to be made on such Distribution Date) divided by the Original Class B Certificate Balance, expressed as a seven-digit decimal.
Class B Pool Factor means, with respect to any Record Date, a ------------------- number carried out to seven decimal places representing the ratio of the Class B Invested Amount as of such Record Date (determined after taking into account any increases or decreases in the Class B Invested Amount which will occur on the following Distribution Date) to the Class B Initial Invested Amount.

Class B Pool Factor means, with respect to any Determination Date, a number carried out to eleven decimals representing the ratio of the outstanding principal balance of the Class B Certificates as of such Determination Date (determined after taking into account any reduction in the outstanding principal balance of the Class B Certificates which shall occur on the following Distribution Date) to the initial principal balance of the Class B Certificates.
