Class C Cash Collateral Account definition

Class C Cash Collateral Account means an Eligible Deposit Account in the name of the Subordination Agent maintained at an Eligible Institution, which shall be the Subordination Agent if it shall so qualify, into which all amounts drawn under the Class C Liquidity Facility pursuant to Section 3.6(c), 3.6(d) or 3.6(i) shall be deposited.
