Examples of Downgraded Facility in a sentence

• Notwithstanding the foregoing, if at any time after the occurrence of such Downgrade Event, such Liquidity Provider notifies the Subordination Agent in writing that no such confirmation will be provided by such Rating Agency, each Liquidity Facility provided by such Liquidity Provider shall become a Downgraded Facility as of the date of such notice to the Subordination Agent.

• If a Downgraded Facility has not been replaced in accordance with the terms of this paragraph, the Subordination Agent shall, on such 30th day (or if such 30th day is not a Business Day, on the next succeeding Business Day) (or, if earlier, the expiration date of such Downgraded Facility), request a drawing in accordance with and to the extent permitted by such Downgraded Facility (such drawing, a "Downgrade Drawing") of all available and undrawn amounts thereunder.

• If a Downgraded Facility has not been replaced in accordance with the terms of this paragraph, the Subordination Agent shall, on such 10th day (or if such 10th day is not a Business Day, on the next succeeding Business Day) (or, if earlier, the expiration date of such Downgraded Facility), request a drawing in accordance with and to the extent permitted by such Downgraded Facility (such drawing, a "Downgrade Drawing") of all available and undrawn amounts thereunder.
