Class D NAV Per Share definition

Class D NAV Per Share shall have the meaning set forth in the Charter.

Class D NAV Per Share means the net asset value of the Corporation allocable to the Class D Common Shares (including any reduction for Stockholder Servicing Fees as described in the Prospectus), determined as described in the Prospectus, divided by the number of outstanding Class D Common Shares.

Class D NAV Per Share means the net asset value per Class D Common Share, calculated as described in the most recent Valuation Guidelines.
