Class E Ordinary Shares definition

Class E Ordinary Shares means the ordinary shares of the Company with a nominal value of US$ 0.01 each designated as Class E Ordinary Shares in accordance with the Articles of Association.
Class E Ordinary Shares means Class E non-voting ordinary shares in the share capital of the Issuer which, as at the lssue Date, have a nominal value of £0.10 per share.

  • Class B Warrants means the Common Stock purchase warrants delivered to the Purchasers at the Closing in accordance with Section 2.2(a) hereof, which Warrants shall be exercisable immediately and have a term of exercise equal to 5 years, in the form of Exhibit C attached hereto.

  • Class A Preferred Stock means the Class A Preferred Stock of the Company, par value $0.0001 per share.

  • Parent Class A Common Stock means the Class A Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share, of Parent.

  • Parent Class B Common Stock means the Class B Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share, of Parent.

  • B Shares means a participating share of no par value in the capital of the Fund, denominated in Euro(s);

  • Class C Common Stock means the Class C Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share, of the Company.

  • Class B Shares means the Class B ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company of $0.0001 nominal or par value designated as Class B Shares, and having the rights provided for in these Articles.
