Class E Rating definition

Class E Rating means a rating equal to “BB(high)(sf)” by DBRS and “BBsf” by Fitch or such other rating level communicated by the Rating Agencies for the Class E Notes at any time during the Securitisation.

Related to Class E Rating

  • Debt Rating has the meaning specified in the definition of “Applicable Rate.”
