Class M Invested Amount definition

Class M Invested Amount means, on any date of determination, an amount equal to (a) the Class M Funded Amount on that date, minus (b) the excess, if any, of (x) the aggregate amount of reductions to the Class M Invested Amount as a result of Class M Investor Charge-Offs and Reallocated Principal Collections and reductions of the Class M Invested Amount pursuant to Section 4.12(a) over (y) reimbursements of such reductions pursuant to

Examples of Class M Invested Amount in a sentence

  • If the Class M Invested Amount has been reduced by the amount of any Class M Investor Charge-Offs, it will be reimbursed on any Transfer Date (but not by an amount in excess of the aggregate Class M Investor Charge-Offs) by the amount of Available Funds allocated and available for such purpose, pursuant to Section 4.11(a)(xi).

  • If such reduction would cause the Class B Invested Amount (after giving effect to reductions for any Class B Investor Charge-Offs and Reallocated Principal Collections on such Transfer Date) to be a negative number, the Class B Invested Amount will be reduced to zero and the Class M Invested Amount will be reduced by the amount by which the Class B Invested Amount would have been reduced below zero.

  • If such reduction would cause the Class B Invested Amount (after giving effect to any Class B Investor Charge-Offs for such Transfer Date) to be a negative number, the Class B Invested Amount shall be reduced to zero and the Class M Invested Amount shall be reduced by the amount by which the Reallocated Principal Collections applied on such Transfer Date exceed the Class B Invested Amount (after giving effect to any Class B Investor Charge-Offs for such Transfer Date).

  • If such reduction would cause the Class M Invested Amount (after giving effect to reductions for any Class M Investor Charge-Offs and Reallocated Principal Collections on such Transfer Date) to be a negative number, the Class A Invested Amount will be reduced by the amount by which the Class M Invested Amount would have been reduced below zero, but not by more than the Class A Investor Default Amount for such Transfer Date (a “Class A Investor Charge-Off”).

  • The Class B Securities and the Excess Collateral will not have the right to receive payments of principal until the Class M Invested Amount has been paid in full.

  • Class M-11 Principal Distribution Amount For any Distribution Date, is an amount equal to the excess of (x) the sum of (i) the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Class A Certificates (after taking into account the payment of the Class A Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (ii) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-1 Certificates (after taking into account the payment of the Class M-1 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (iii) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-2 Certificates (after taking into account the payment of the Class M-2 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (iv) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-3 Certificates (after taking into account the payment of the Class M-3 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (v) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-4 Certificates (after taking into account the payment of the Class M-4 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (vi) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-5 Certificates (after taking into account the payment of the Class M-5 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (vii) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-6 Certificates (after taking into account the payment of the Class M-6 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (viii) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-7 Certificates (after taking into account the payment of the Class M-7 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (ix) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-8 Certificates (after taking into account the payment of the Class M-8 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date), (x) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-9 Certificates (after taking into account the payment of the Class M-9 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date, (xi) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-10 Certificates (after taking into account the payment of the Class M-10 Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date and (xii) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-11 Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date over (y) the lesser of (A) the product of (i) [ ]% and (ii) the aggregate principal balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the last day of the related Due Period (after giving effect to scheduled payments of principal due during the related Due Period, to the extent received or advanced, and unscheduled collections of principal received during the related Prepayment Period) and (B) the aggregate principal balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the last day of the related Due Period (after giving effect to scheduled payments of principal due during the related Due Period, to the extent received or advanced, and unscheduled collections of principal received during the related Prepayment Period) minus $[ ].

  • Class M-1 Principal Distribution Amount The excess of (x) the sum of (i) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class A Certificates (after taking into account the payment of the Class A Principal Distribution Amount on such Distribution Date) and (ii) the Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-1 Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date over (y) the lesser of (A) the product of (i) 88.50% and (ii) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the last day of the related Due Period (after giving effect to scheduled payments of principal due during the related Due Period, to the extent received or advanced, and unscheduled collections of principal received during the related Prepayment Period) and (B) the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the last day of the related Due Period (after giving effect to scheduled payments of principal due during the related Due Period, to the extent received or advanced, and unscheduled collections of principal received during the related Prepayment Period) minus the Overcollateralization Floor.

  • Class M-2 Current Interest As of any Distribution Date, the interest accrued during the related Accrual Period at the Class M-2 Pass-Through Rate on the Class M-2 Certificate Principal Balance as of such Distribution Date plus the portion of any previous distributions on such Class in respect of Current Interest or Class M-2 Interest Carry Forward Amount that is recovered as a voidable preference by a trustee in bankruptcy, less any Non-Supported Interest Shortfall allocated on such Distribution Date to the Class M-2 Certificates.

  • Class M-1 Current Interest As of any Distribution Date, the interest accrued during the related Accrual Period at the Class M-1 Pass-Through Rate on the Class M-1 Certificate Principal Balance as of such Distribution Date plus the portion of any previous distributions on such Class in respect of Current Interest or Class M-1 Interest Carry Forward Amount that is recovered as a voidable preference by a trustee in bankruptcy, less any Non-Supported Interest Shortfall allocated on such Distribution Date to the Class M-1 Certificates.

  • Class C Invested Amount means, as of a date, an amount (not less than zero) equal to (a) the initial Note Balance of the Class C Notes, minus (b) the aggregate amount of any principal payments made to the Noteholders of the Class C Notes before that date, minus (c) the cumulative amount of unreimbursed Investor Charge-Offs applied to reduce the Class C Invested Amount under Section 4.3 of the Indenture Supplement before that date, minus (d) the cumulative amount of unreimbursed Reallocated Principal Collections applied to reduce the Class C Invested Amount under Section 4.4 of the Indenture Supplement before that date.

  • Class M-2 Certificate Principal Balance As of any date of determination, the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of the Class M-2 Certificates.

  • Class M-4 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class M-4".

  • Class M-2 Certificate Any one of the Class M-2 Certificates executed and authenticated by the Securities Administrator and delivered by the Trustee, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-2 and evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC II for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class M-2 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class M-2".

  • Class A Invested Amount means, on any date of determination, an amount equal to (a) the Class A Initial Invested Amount, minus (b) the aggregate amount of principal payments made to the Class A Certificateholders on or prior to such date, minus (c) the excess, if any, of (i) the aggregate amount of Class A Investor Charge-Offs for all prior Distribution Dates over (ii) Class A Investor Charge-Offs reimbursed pursuant to subsection 4.07(b) prior to such date.

  • Class M-4 Certificate Any one of the Class M-4 Certificates executed and authenticated by the Securities Administrator and delivered by the Trustee, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-2 and evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC II for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • CLASS M PRINCIPAL BALANCE As of any Distribution Date, (a) the Class M Principal Balance for the immediately preceding Distribution Date less (b) amounts distributed to the Class M Certificateholders on such preceding Distribution Date allocable to principal (including the principal portion of Advances of the Servicer made pursuant to Section 6.03 and Realized Losses allocated to the Class M Certificates pursuant to Section 6.04); provided that the Class M Principal Balance on the first Distribution Date shall be the Original Class M Principal Balance, and provided further that if the aggregate Outstanding Certificate Principal Balance of the Class B Certificates has been reduced to zero, as of any Distribution Date, the Class M Principal Balance will equal the excess of the Mortgage Pool Principal Balance (together with the portion of any Monthly Payment due but not paid with respect to which an Advance has not been made) over the Class A Principal Balance.

  • Class M-4 Margin With respect to any Distribution Date prior to the second Distribution Date after the first possible Optional Termination Date, 0.520% per annum, and on any Distribution Date on or after the second Distribution Date after the first possible Optional Termination Date, 0.780% per annum.

  • Class M-2 Margin For any Distribution Date on or prior to the Optional Termination Date, 0.900% per annum and, for any Distribution Date after the Optional Termination Date, 1.350% per annum.

  • Class M-6 Certificates All Certificates bearing the class designation of "Class M-6".

  • Class B Invested Amount means, on any date of determination, an amount equal to (a) the Class B Initial Invested Amount, minus (b) the aggregate amount of principal payments made to the Class B Certificateholders prior to such date, minus (c) the aggregate amount of Class B Investor Charge-Offs for all prior Distribution Dates, minus (d) the amount of Reallocated Principal Collections allocated on all prior Distribution Dates pursuant to subsection 4.08(a) (excluding any Reallocated Principal Collections that have resulted in a reduction in the Collateral Invested Amount pursuant to Section 4.08), minus (e) an amount equal to the amount by which the Class B Invested Amount has been reduced on all prior Distribution Dates pursuant to subsection 4.06(a) and plus (f) the amount of Excess Spread and Excess Finance Charge Collections allocated and available on all prior Distribution Dates pursuant to subsection 4.07(e) for the purpose of reimbursing amounts deducted pursuant to the foregoing clauses (c), (d) and (e); provided, however, that the Class B Invested Amount may not be reduced below zero.
