Once filed, the Motion for Final Approval of the Settlement and the Motion for Fee Application and Class Service Award Application will also be available on the Settlement Website.
Class Counsel shall file its application for a Fee Award and Class Service Award no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the hearing on final approval.
The Court will determine the amount of Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses as well as the amount of the Class Service Award.
