Class Service Award definition

Class Service Award means a Court-approved award to each Plaintiff for their efforts in bringing claims at issue in the ECL Class Actions and achieving the benefits of this Settlement on behalf of the Settlement Classes. For the Physician Class, the requested service awards shall be $40,000 each to Alliance, DRC, and TEC, $20,000 to Hofacre, and $10,000 each to Xxxxxxx Eye Associates, Xxxxxx Eye Associates PA, Regional Eye Associates, Inc., Eye Associates, LLC, and SurgiCenter of Vineland Holdings, LLC, payable from the Physician Class Settlement Fund. For the Patient Class, the requested service award shall be $1,000 each to Xxxxxx, Forrester, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, and Xxxxxx Xxxxx.
Class Service Award means any award sought by application and approved by the Court that is payable to Class Representatives and the named plaintiffs Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, and Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx in In re Welspun Litig., Case No. 7:16- 6792-VB (S.D.N.Y) (the “Named SDNY Plaintiffs”), all listed on Exhibit F attached hereto, up to a maximum total amount of seven hundred fifty dollars and zero cents ($750.00) per individual, which, in the aggregate, shall not exceed $27,000.00, payable in addition to the Settlement Amount, to compensate each Class Representative and Named SDNY Plaintiff for their efforts in bringing claims at issue in this Action and each Class Representative for achieving the benefits of this Settlement on behalf of the Settlement Class.

  • Service Award means any Court ordered payment to Plaintiff for serving as Class Representative, which is in addition to any payment due to Plaintiff as a Settlement Class Member.
