Class Year Start Date definition

Class Year Start Date means the deadline for an interconnecting project to enter a Class Year Interconnection Facilities Study.
Class Year Start Date. The deadline for Eligible Class Year Projects to enter a Class Year Interconnection Facilities Study, determined in accordance with Section 25.5.9 of this Attachment S. Class Year Transmission Project shall mean a Developer’s proposed new transmission facility that will interconnect to the New York State Transmission System or a proposed upgrade—an improvement to, addition to, or replacement of a part of an existing transmission facility—to the New York State Transmission System, for which (1) the Developer is eligible to request and does request Capacity Resource Interconnection Service, subject to the eligibility requirements set forth in the ISO Procedures; or (2) the Developer requests only Energy Resource Interconnection Service and the transmission facility for which it requests Energy Resource Interconnection Service is a transmission facility over which power flow can be directly controlled by power flow control devices directly connected to the Class Year Transmission Project without having to re-dispatch generation. Class Year Transmission Projects shall not include Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrade Facilities, System Upgrade Facilities or System Deliverability Upgrades.

Examples of Class Year Start Date in a sentence

  • Class Year Start Date shall mean the deadline for Eligible Class Year Projects to enter a Class Year Study, determined in accordance with Section 25.5.9 of Attachment S.

  • The Class Year Study will begin on the Class Year Start Date, which will be the first Business Day after thirty (30) Calendar Days following the completion of the prior Class Year Study.

  • To calculate the metrics for Class Year Studies under Section 30.3.4.2.3 of the OATT, the start of a Class Year Study is considered to be the Class Year Start Date, which Section 25.5.9 of the OATT defines as the first Business Day after thirty (30) Calendar Days following the completion of the prior Class Year Study, while the Class Year Study completion date is considered to be the date upon which an initial study report is circulated to the Developer and the CTO(s).

  • Starting with the Class Year subsequent to Class Year 2012, the Annual Transmission Reliability Assessment will begin on the Class Year Start Date, which will be the earliest of the following dates after the completion of the prior Class Year Interconnection Facilities Study (i.e., date upon which all remaining Class Year Developers have accepted their Project Cost Allocations and have posted security for same): March 1, June 1 or September 1.

  • For purposes of determining the Class Year Start Date for the next Class Year Study, a Class Year Study is complete on the date upon which the Final Decision Round completes for the Class Year Study decision period commenced in accordance with Section 25.8 of this Attachment S; the date an Additional SDU Study is completed does not impact the Class Year Start Date for the next Class Year Study.

  • Starting with the Class Year subsequent to Class Year 2012, the Annual Transmission Reliability Assessment will begin on the Class Year Start Date, which will be the earliest of the following dates after the completion of the prior Class Year Interconnection Facilities Study (i.e., date upon which all remaining Class Year Developers have accepted their Project CostAllocations and have posted security for same): March 1, June 1 or September 1.

  • Such projection shall be based on the Self Supply LSE’s and all its Affiliates’ share(s) of the Locational Minimum Unforced Capacity Requirements and the NYCA Minimum Unforced Capacity Requirement, as applicable and in accordance with ISO Procedures, over the three most recently completed Capability Years preceding the Class Year Start Date.

  • Comments The NYISO understands Clean Path to be requesting waiver of the timing requirement in Section 25.6.2.3.1 of Attachment S to the OATT that a Large Facility must have an SRISapproved by the NYISO’s Operating Committee on or before the Class Year Start Date to be eligible to enter a Class Year Study.

  • Class Year Study means a Class Year Interconnection Facilities Study as that term is defined in OATT Section 25 (OATT Attachment S).

  • One-hundred-year flood means a flood having a one per cent chance of being equaled or exceeded in any given year.

  • Semi-Annual Distribution Date means the "Distribution Dates" set forth under "Summary of Essential Financial Information--Estimated Distributions--Semi-Annual Distributions" in the Prospectus Part I for a Trust.

  • Election Date has the meaning specified in Section 312(h).

  • Last Scheduled Distribution Date The Distribution Date in the month immediately following the month of the latest scheduled maturity date for any of the Mortgage Loans.

  • Three-Year Period means, with respect to a Restatement, the three completed fiscal years immediately preceding the date that the Board, a committee of the Board, or the officer or officers of the Company authorized to take such action if Board action is not required, concludes, or reasonably should have concluded, that the Company is required to prepare such Restatement, or, if earlier, the date on which a court, regulator or other legally authorized body directs the Company to prepare such Restatement. The “Three-Year Period” also includes any transition period (that results from a change in the Company’s fiscal year) within or immediately following the three completed fiscal years identified in the preceding sentence. However, a transition period between the last day of the Company’s previous fiscal year end and the first day of its new fiscal year that comprises a period of nine to 12 months shall be deemed a completed fiscal year.

  • Class A-2 Final Scheduled Distribution Date means the Distribution Date.

  • Service Termination Date means the last Day in a month upon which Service shall terminate, as set forth in a Schedule of Service and subject to any renewal thereof.

  • Scheduled Termination Date means July 9, 2021 or any succeeding date to which the term of this Agreement is extended pursuant to Section 2.02.

  • Final Scheduled Distribution Date means, with respect to the Class A-1 Notes, the Distribution Date in [_______]; with respect to the Class A-2 Notes, the Distribution Date in [_______]; with respect to the Class A-3 Notes, the Distribution Date in [_______]; with respect to the Class B Notes, the Distribution Date in [_______]; with respect to the Class C Certificates, the Distribution Date in [_______]; and with respect to the Class D Certificates, the Distribution Date in [_______].

  • Distribution Commencement Date means the Issue Date or such other date as may be specified as the Distribution Commencement Date on the face of such Perpetual Security;

  • In-Service Date means the date on which the Facility and System Modifications (if applicable) are complete and ready for service, even if the Facility is not placed in service on or by that date.

  • Class A-4 Final Scheduled Distribution Date means February 15, 2024.

  • Class A-1 Final Scheduled Distribution Date means the Distribution Date.

  • Purchase Termination Date means the date upon which the Transferor shall cease, for any reason whatsoever, to make purchases of Receivables from the Seller under the Receivables Purchase Agreement or the Receivables Purchase Agreement shall terminate for any reason whatsoever.

  • Class A-3 Final Scheduled Distribution Date means the Distribution Date.

  • Benefit Commencement Date means, for any Participant or beneficiary, the date as of which the first benefit payment, including a single sum, from the Participant’s Account is due, other than pursuant to a withdrawal under Article VIII.

  • Planning Period Balance means the entire period of time remaining in the Planning Period following the month that a monthly auction is conducted.

  • Service Date or "SD" means the date service is made available to the End User Customer. This also is referred to as the "Due Date."

  • Vesting Commencement Date means the Grant Date or such other date selected by the Committee as the date from which an Award begins to vest.

  • Initial Optional Termination Date The first Distribution Date on which the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans is equal to or less than 10% of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the Cut-off Date.

  • Interim Distribution Date means the date as soon as reasonably practicable after the Plan Implementation Date;

  • Deferred Retirement Date means, in the case of any Participant who continues in employment after his Normal Retirement Date, the first day of any month following his actual retirement.

  • Termination Year means the calendar year in which the Employment Period is terminated.

  • Benefit Distribution Date means the date upon which all or an objectively determinable portion of a Participant’s vested benefits will become eligible for distribution. Except as otherwise provided in the Plan, a Participant’s Benefit Distribution Date shall be determined based on the earliest to occur of an event or scheduled date set forth in Articles 4 through 9, as applicable.
