Sales Charges. In computing the number of shares to credit to the account of a shareholder pursuant to paragraph 7 hereof, the Transfer Agent will calculate the total of the applicable Distributor and representative sales charges, commissions or other amounts, if any, with respect to each purchase as set forth in the Prospectus and in accordance with any notification filed with respect to combined and accumulated purchases. The Transfer Agent also will determine the portion of each sales charge, commission or other amount, if any, payable by the Distributor to the dealer or other amount, payable by the Distributor to the dealer, participating in the sale, in accordance with such schedules as are from time to time delivered by the Distributor to the Transfer Agent.
Sales Charges. The Fund of Funds agrees that: (i) with respect to registered separate accounts that invest in a Fund of Funds, no sales load will be charged at the Fund of Funds level or at the Fund level; (ii) other sales charges and service fees, as defined in Rule 2830 of the Conduct Rules of the NASD, if any, will only be charged at the Fund of Funds level or at the Fund level and not at both levels; and (iii) with respect to other investments in a Fund of Funds, any sales charges and/or service fees charged with respect to shares of the Fund of Funds will not exceed the limits applicable to a fund of funds set forth in Rule 2830 of the NASD Conduct Rules.
Sales Charges. Most mutual funds offer different share classes. Although each share class represents a similar interest in the mutual fund’s portfolio, the mutual fund will charge you different fees and expenses depending upon your choice of share class. Class A shares carry a “front-end” sales charge or “load” that is deducted from your investment at the time you buy fund shares. This sales charge is a percentage of your total purchase. Many mutual funds offer volume discounts, which are called “breakpoint discounts.” In contrast, Class B and C shares usually do not carry any front-end sales charges. Instead, investors that purchase Class B or C shares pay asset-based fees, which may be higher than the charges associated with Class A shares over the length of the investment. Investors that purchase Class B and C shares may also be required to pay a contingent deferred sales charge when shares are sold.

There is no initial sales charge on the BlackRock Money Market Option. You may be eligible to invest at a reduced initial sales charge when investing in Class A Units if you invest, in the aggregate, $25,000 or more, depending on the Investment Option selected as described below.
