Classified Contract definition

Classified Contract means an agreement between two or more Contractors, which contains or the execution of which requires access to Classified Information;
Classified Contract means a contract or subcontract between a legal entity or individual from the State of one Party and a legal entity or individual from the State of the other Party, the implementation of which requires access to Classified Information or its generation;
Classified Contract means a contract entered into by the GSC with a contractor for the supply of goods, execution of works or provision of services, the performance of which requires or involves access to or the creation of EUCI;

  • Upon completion of a Classified Contract, or other event where retention of the Transferred Classified Information is no longer required, all Classified Information furnished or generated pursuant to a Classified Contract or Pre-contractual Arrangement shall be returned to the Originating Party or destroyed in accordance with the Recipient Party’s national security laws and regulations.
