Classified document definition

Classified document means any recorded information regardless of its physical form or characteristics, including, without limitations, written or printed matter, data processing cards and tapes, maps, charts, photographs, paintings, drawings, engravings, sketches, working notes and papers, carbon copies and ink ribbons, or reproductions by any means or process, and sound, voice, magnetic or electronic or optical or video recordings in any form, and portable automated data processing equipment with resident computer storage media, and removable computer storage media.
Classified document means any form of recorded Classified Information, regardless of its characteristics or type of recording media.
Classified document means a document graded as secret, confidential, restricted or personal.

Examples of Classified document in a sentence

Classified document means every classified information in any form, written or printed, including data processing and tapes, maps, photographs, pictures, designs, recordings, notes,· copies made by any means or process, magnetic or electro-magnetic recordings or videos in any form; ·

  • Secured Documents means the collective reference to the Credit Agreement, the other Loan Documents, each Secured Swap Agreement and any other document made, delivered or given in connection with any of the foregoing.

  • Foreign Benefit Arrangement any employee benefit arrangement mandated by non-US law that is maintained or contributed to by any Group Member or any ERISA Affiliate.

  • Severed Loan Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.2(c) hereof.
