Classified Material has the meaning specified therefor in Section 16.20.
Classified Material means any item of machinery or weapons or equipment, or device, either manufactured or in process of manufacture, storing, processing or transmitting Classified Information.

The outer cover or envelop must not indicate the classification of the contents or the fact that it contains Classified Material.
The contractor’s request for visit authorization shall be submitted in accordance with DOD 5220.22M (Industrial Security Manual for Safeguarding Classified Material) no later than one (1) week prior to arrival.

Classified Material means any return or other document made for the purposes of this Enactment relating to the income or assets of any person or partnership and any information or other matter or thing which comes to the notice of a classified person in his capacity as such;
