Clean Technologies is defined in the Preliminary Statements.
Clean Technologies is defined in the preamble to the ECCA.
Clean Technologies means technological improvements or management practices which will result in improved environmental performance as measured by, for example, lower or less toxic discharges, more efficient use of energy or improved worker health.
