Client Notices definition

Client Notices means any notices that must be given by You to Us prior to the required date of commencement of the Works on Site or any part thereof in accordance with the Tender.

The RFS must be reviewed and approved by the City’s Project Manager before the work is to proceed. A detailed process and sample of the RFS is attached as Schedules 2 and 3, respectively.

  • Network Customer means an entity receiving transmission service pursuant to the terms of the Transmission Provider’s Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III.
