Close Associate of a Senior Foreign Political Figure means a person who is widely and publicly known internationally to maintain an unusually close relationship with the Senior Foreign Political Figure, and includes a person who is in a position to conduct substantial domestic and international financial transactions on behalf of the Senior Foreign Political Figure. The Subscriber understands and agrees that if at any time it is discovered that any of the foregoing representations are incorrect, or if otherwise required by applicable laws or regulations, the General Partner may, to the fullest extent permitted by law, undertake appropriate actions, and the Subscriber agrees to cooperate with such actions, to ensure continued compliance with applicable laws or regulations, including, but not limited to, freezing, segregating or requiring the Subscriber to withdraw the Subscriber’s Interest in the Partnership.
