Closed Order definition

Closed Order means a request, addressed from MARELLI to Supplier, for the purchase/supply of a specified quantity of Products;
Closed Order means an order issued by Marazzi to the Supplier concerning the purchasing of a certain quantity of goods, or, the supplying of certain services, pursuant to the terms and conditions provided thereto, or in the relevant Open Order.
Closed Order means a Purchase Order that is valid for a limited period of time or for a predetermined volume.
