Closing Position definition

Closing Position means the process of termination of an opened position. Once this process is successfully completed, legal rights and obligations related to concerned position terminate together with the position, which is then closed.

  • By definition, they are not affected by outsourcing, therefore wages should not be affected.

  • A position on a CFD Account shall be closed by executing a Closing Position.
