Once the conditions for a Closing have been met, the Company may hold additional Closings.
The First Closing and the Second Closing are each referred to in this Agreement as a “Closing.” The First Closing Date and the Second Closing Date are sometimes referred to herein as a “Closing Date.” All Closings shall take place remotely via the exchange of documents and signatures at such time and place as the parties mutually agree upon, orally or in writing.
Emergency Closings Employee attendance may be required even if student attendance is not required due to a weather emergency or other emergency closure for students.
