Cloud Components definition

Cloud Components means those elements of a Service that are made available to End User over the Internet.

Cloud Components means is a collection of components that allows an existing Pipeline Pilot customer to interact with the BT Cloud Compute environment from a Pipeline Pilot Service hosted on BT Cloud Compute.

Cloud Components means elements of the Service which Entrust hosts on its (or its hosting providers’) computers.

Examples of Cloud Components in a sentence

• Entrust will use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Cloud Components available with a Monthly Uptime Percentage (as defined below) of at least 99.9% during each calendar month (the “Service Commitment”).

• For so long as End User complies with Sections 6, 7, and 14, End User may, during the Subscription Term, access and use the Cloud Components solely for End User’s internal business purposes in accordance with the Subscription Documents and not for resale or to provide services to or on behalf of third parties.

Cloud Components means those Laserfiche proprietary software products, tools, modules, application programming interfaces, algorithms, or components that Laserfiche offers for use as part of Laserfiche Cloud or for interacting with the Services Environment.

Cloud Components means such elements of the System as Vendor hosts on its computers offsite pursuant to the applicable Order.

Cloud Components means components of the System or added to the System that an Order calls on March Networks to host (directly or indirectly) for Subscriber’s use.
