Customer Hosted definition

Customer Hosted means the right granted by Decision Lens during an Order Term for the Customer to install and use the DL Software at a Customer location. An Order Form must designate that it is a Customer Hosted Subscription in order for the Customer to have the right to install and use the DL Software. In the absence of a Customer Hosted designation on an Order Form, Decision Lens will host the DL Software per Section 7 of this Agreement.

  • There are two types of Support Offerings for Customer Hosted Software licensed on a perpetual basis: Standard and Premier.

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Customer Portal means a web portal maintained by Liferay or a Liferay Affiliate that provides for various resources accessible to Liferay Subscription customers as further described in Section 2.1 below.

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer;

  • Customer Group means Customer and any of its Affiliates;

  • Carrier Access Billing System (“CABS”) is the system which is defined in a document prepared under the direction of the Billing Committee of the OBF. The CABS document is published by Telcordia in Volumes 1, 1A, 2, 3, 3A, 4 and 5 as Special Reports SR-OPT-001868, SR-OPT-0011869, SR-OPT-001871, SR-OPT- 001872, SR-OPT-001873, SR-OPT-001874, and SR-OPT-001875, respectively, and contains the recommended guidelines for the billing of access and other connectivity services.   • End Users means a Third Party residence or business that subscribes to Telecommunications Services provided by any of the Parties at retail. As used herein, the term “End User(s)” does not include any of the Parties to this Agreement with respect to any item or service obtained under this Agreement.

  • Supplier System means the information and communications technology system used by the Supplier in performing the Services including the Software, the Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Customer System);

  • Hosted Software means the software owned and controlled by Vendor or Vendor’s third-party contractor that supports the Hosted Software Services.
