ClubSpark Portal definition

ClubSpark Portal means the system, made available by Sportlabs, for the promotion, booking and administration of the Tennis For Kids Courses, and the Tennis For Kids 2018 Course through which You may review, select and apply to make the Booking;
ClubSpark Portal means the system, made available by Sportlabs, for the promotion, booking and administration of tennis related activities, including the Tennis For Kids Programme;
ClubSpark Portal means the system, made available by Sportlabs, for the booking of Courts and other services provided by tennis venues, and the court booking module through which You may review, select, apply to attend and book and pay for Courts.

  • Your use (and use by the Coach) of the ClubSpark Portal will be subject to separate terms provided by the LTA and Sportlabs.

  • The LTA won’t be liable for any failure to fulfil its obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including any period during which access to the ClubSpark Portal is suspended, provided that it has made reasonable efforts to fulfil its obligations under this Agreement.

  • Sportlabs will facilitate that transaction by means of the ClubSpark Portal, but is not itself a party to that contract.

  • The LTA won’t be liable to You for any loss or damage whatsoever or howsoever caused arising directly or indirectly in connection with the Tennis For Kids Programme or Your use of the ClubSpark Portal, or from any misrepresentation, whether innocent or negligent, except to the extent that such liability may not be lawfully excluded.

  • The LTA won’t be liable to You for any loss or damage whatsoever or howsoever caused arising directly or indirectly in connection with the Legacy Programme or Your use of the ClubSpark Portal, or from any misrepresentation, whether innocent or negligent, except to the extent that such liability may not be lawfully excluded.

  • The ClubSpark Portal and each of its modules (as applicable) will be licensed directly to You by Sportlabs (and not the LTA), once that Legacy Programme module has become available.

  • You will make sure that the Legacy Programme is promoted in all reasonable online and offline media, including by the Coach through publication of Legacy Programme Information on the ClubSpark Portal and by promoting 'taster sessions' in local schools where appropriate (and where the ten spaces for Participants have not yet been filled by other promotional means).

  • Any tennis venue or operator wanting to take part in the Legacy Programme has to accept the terms and conditions of this document with LTA Operations Limited (the LTA) (and a subsequent agreement with LTA Operations Limited and Sportlabs Technology Limited (Sportlabs) for the use of the ClubSpark Portal).

ClubSpark Portal means the system, made available by Sportlabs, for the promotion, booking and administration of the Tennis For Kids Courses, and the Tennis For Kids 2017 course through which You may review, select and apply to make Bookings for the Tennis For Kids 2017 Courses for the Participant;
ClubSpark Portal means the system and on site technology, made available by Clubspark, for the promotion, booking and administration of Coaching, Membership, Resource, Event and Competition services through which you may review, select, apply to receive and (where applicable) pay for such services.
ClubSpark Portal means the system, made available by Sportlabs, for the promotion, booking and administration of tennis related activities, including the Legacy Programme;
ClubSpark Portal means the system, made available by Sportlabs, for the promotion, booking and administration of the LTA Youth Start Courses, and the LTA Youth Start Course through which You may review, select and apply to make the Booking;
ClubSpark Portal means the system, made available by Sportlabs, for the promotion, purchase and administration of Venue Membership services and other services provided by tennis venues, and the Membership Management module through which You may review, select, apply to receive and pay for Venue Membership services.
