CMS Screen Page definition

CMS Screen Page means, where the Reference Currency is Euro, Reuters Screen ICESWAP2 (formerly ISDAFIX2) under the heading "EURIBOR BASIS – EUR" and above the caption "11:00 AM FRANKFURT" or its successor display page, unless otherwise specified in the applicable Final Terms.
CMS Screen Page means the screen page specified as such in the relevant Issue Terms, or any successor page as determined by the Calculation Agent.
CMS Screen Page means (i) where the Reference Currency is Euro, Reuters Screen ICESWAP2 (formerly ISDAFIX2) under the heading "EURIBOR BASIS – EUR" and above the caption "11:00 AM FRANKFURT" or its successor display page; (ii) where the Reference Currency is Sterling, Reuters Screen ICESWAP4 (formerly ISDAFIX4) or its successor display page; and (iii) where the Reference Currency is United States dollar, Reuters Screen ICESWAP1 (formerly ISDAFIX1) or its successor display page, in each case unless otherwise specified in the applicable Final Terms.

More Definitions of CMS Screen Page

CMS Screen Page means the screen page specified as such in the applicable Pricing Supplement, or any successor page as determined by the Calculation Agent.
CMS Screen Page means, in respect of a CMS Rate, the screen page specified as such in the relevant Final Terms, or any successor page as determined by the Calculation Agent.
CMS Screen Page means (i) where the Reference Currency is Euro, Reuters Screen ISDAFIX2 Page under the heading "EURIBOR BASIS – EUR" and above the caption "11:00 AM FRANKFURT" or its successor display page; (ii) where the Reference Currency is Sterling, Reuters Screen ISDAFIX4 Page or its successor display page; (iii) where the Reference Currency is United States dollar, Reuters Screen ISDAFIX1 Page or its successor display page; and (iv) where the Reference Currency is Japanese Yen, Reuters Screen JPYSFIXA= Page as of or its successor display page, in each case unless otherwise specified in the applicable Final Terms.

Related to CMS Screen Page

  • Relevant Screen Page means the page, section or other part of a particular information service (including, without limitation, Reuters) specified as the Relevant Screen Page in the relevant Final Terms, or such other page, section or other part as may replace it on that information service or such other information service, in each case, as may be nominated by the Person providing or sponsoring the information appearing there for the purpose of displaying rates or prices comparable to the Reference Rate;

  • Reuters Screen USPRIME1 Page means the display which appears on the display on Reuters (or any successor service) as page “USPRIME1” (or any other page as may replace such page), for the purpose of displaying prime rates or base lending rates of major United States banks.

  • Reuters Screen US PRIME 1 Page means the display on the “US PRIME 1” page on the Reuters 3000 Xtra service, or any successor service, or any replacement page or pages on that service, for the purpose of displaying prime rates or base lending rates of major U.S. banks.

  • Reuters Screen LIBOR Page means the display on the Reuters screen LIBOR01 page or LIBOR02 page, as specified in applicable pricing supplement, on the Reuters 3000 Xtra service (or any successor service) (or any replacement page or pages on the Reuters 3000 Xtra service or any successor service on which London interbank rates of major banks for the relevant index currency are displayed).

  • Reuters Screen means, when used in connection with a designated page and any designated information, the display page so designated on the Reuters Market 3000 (or such other page as may replace that page on that service for the purpose of displaying such information).

  • Reuters Screen US PRIME 1 Page” means the display on the Reuter Monitor Money Rates Service (or any successor service) on the “US PRIME 1” page (or any other page as may replace that page on that service) for the purpose of displaying prime rates or base lending rates of major United States banks.
