CMTC Entities definition

CMTC Entities means CMTC and its affiliates and subsidiaries, whether direct or indirect, and, for the avoidance of doubt, does not include the CPLP Entities;
CMTC Entities means CMTC and its affiliates other than the CPLP Entities;

Examples of CMTC Entities in a sentence

  • CMTC will (A) direct its auditors to provide CPLP’s auditors access to the auditors’ work papers and (B) use its commercially reasonable efforts to assist CPLP with any such information, review or audit and to provide other financial information reasonably requested by CPLP or its auditors, including the delivery by CMTC Entities of any information, letters and similar documentation, including reasonable “management representation letters” and attestations.

  • CPLP shall have no responsibility or liability hereunder for CMTC’s allocation and distribution of the Additional Consideration among the CMTC Entities.

Related to CMTC Entities

  • PRC Entities means the PRC Subsidiaries and the Consolidated Affiliated Entities collectively.

  • PJM Entities means PJM, including the Market Monitoring Unit, the PJM Board, and PJM’s officers, employees, representatives, advisors, contractors, and consultants.

  • Seller Entities means the Seller and its affiliates other than the Buyer Entities;

  • Parent Entities means, collectively, Parent and all Parent Subsidiaries.

  • Target Companies means the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Buyer Entities means, collectively, Buyer and all Buyer Subsidiaries.

  • Parent Subsidiaries means the Subsidiaries of Parent.

  • Company Entities means the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.

  • Acquired Entities means the Company and each of its Subsidiaries, collectively.

  • Group Companies means the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Transferred Entities means the entities set forth on Schedule 1.5.

  • Transaction Parties As defined in Section 5.3(o).

  • Acquired Companies means, collectively, the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.

  • Parent Parties means Parent and Merger Sub.

  • Holding Entities means the subsidiaries of Brookfield Renewable Energy L.P., from time to time, through which it indirectly holds all of the Partnership’s interests in the Operating Entities.

  • Seller Subsidiaries means the subsidiary partnerships of the McNeil Partnerships listed on Annex G to this Agreement (the "Subsidiary Partnerships") and the subsidiary corporations listed on Annex F to this Agreement (the "Subsidiary Corporations") which hold GP Interests in certain of the Subsidiary Partnerships.

  • SpinCo Entities means the entities, the equity, partnership, membership, limited liability, joint venture or similar interests of which are set forth on Schedule IV under the caption “Joint Ventures and Minority Investments.”

  • Company Subsidiaries means the Subsidiaries of the Company.

  • Buyer Group Member means Buyer and its Affiliates and their respective successors and assigns.

  • Parent Companies means, collectively, (i) Charter, (ii) Charter Holdings, (iii) Charter Communications Holding Company, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and (iv) CCH II.

  • Partnership Entities means the General Partner and each member of the Partnership Group.

  • Spinco Subsidiaries means all direct and indirect Subsidiaries of SpinCo, after giving effect to the Reorganization.

  • PRC Companies means, collectively, all entities listed in Appendix A hereof, and each, a “PRC Company”.

  • Related Entities means contractors and subcontractors of a Party at any tier; grantees, investigators, customers, and users of a Party at any tier and their contractors or subcontractor at any tier; or, employees of the Party or any of the foregoing.

  • Partnership Parties has the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble.

  • Project Companies means all Group Project Companies and Non-Group Project Companies together, each being a “Project Company”.
