CMU Operator definition

CMU Operator means, in the case of the CMU, the HKMA or any successor operator of that clearance system, or in the case of any alternative clearance system, the operator for the time being of that clearance system;
CMU Operator means the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, as operator of the CMU Service;
CMU Operator means the Hong Kong Monetary Authority or its successor as operator of the CMU;

  • The Trustee shall not be liable to any person by reason of having accepted as valid or not having rejected any certificate or other document to such effect purporting to be issued by Euroclear, Clearstream, Luxembourg or the CMU Operator and subsequently found to be forged or not authentic.

  • The Trustee may call for any certificate or other document to be issued by Euroclear, Clearstream, Luxembourg or the CMU Operator as to the principal amount of Notes represented by a Global Note standing to the account of any person.

  • Payments of principal or interest (if any) in respect of such global Note will be made to the persons for whose account a particular nominal amount of Notes represented by such global Note is credited as being held by the CMU Operator at the relevant time, as notified to the CMU Lodging and Paying Agent by the CMU Operator.

  • However, for so long as the Bonds are represented by a Global Bond held by or on behalf of the CMU Operator, any Bondholder must deliver his or her notice to the Bank or the Fiscal Agent through the CMU by a direct or indirect Accountholder, with whom the Bondholder maintains his or her ownership in the Bonds in accordance with CMU’s standard procedures.

  • For these purposes, a notification from the CMU Operator shall be conclusive evidence of the records of the CMU (save in the case of manifest error).
