CNS System definition

CNS System means the Continuous Net Settlement clearing processes of NSCC.
CNS System means the candidate nominations system which is a secure electronic system that is used for the electronic submission of information and documents contemplated in this notice;
CNS System means the candidate nominations system, a secure online business application located on the official website, to be used for the electronic submission of the information and documents contemplated in sections 14(1A)(b) and 17(1A)(b) and accessed through a pin code allocated by the chief electoral officer on written request by a party or a person contemplated in section 16(1)(b) of the Act;”

  • The Participant represents, covenants and warrants that it has the ability to transact through the Federal Reserve Book-Entry System and, with respect to orders for the creation or redemption of Creation Units, (i) through the CNS Clearing Process, because it is a member of NSCC and an authorized participant in the CNS System of NSCC (a “Participating Party”), and/or (ii) outside the CNS Clearing Process, because it is a DTC participant (a “DTC Participant”).

  • Trade Amendments may be made, “late” Exchange Trades may be accepted, trades not recognized by the Exchange may be excluded and the settlement obligations may be affected by unsettled positions under the CNS System in the intervening day (i.e. T+1) before the due settlement date.

  • No transfer will be made if there are insufficient funds in the designated House CCMS Collateral Account of the SEOCH Participant for this purpose or if the pending stock positions are not accepted by HKSCC for settlement under the CNS System.
