CO2 Business definition

CO2 Business means the business of producing, distributing, marketing, or selling liquid CO2 and dry ice conducted by Air Liquide prior to the Acquisition at the CO2 and CO2/dry ice locations identified in Appendix A of this Order to Maintain Assets.
CO2 Business is defined in Section 1.1.
CO2 Business means all business activities conducted by Linde prior to the Merger Date relating to the sale of carbon dioxide anywhere in the United States, including researching, developing, producing, or selling carbon dioxide.
