Capital Plan means a capital plan adopted by a board of directors of an FHLBank, and approved pursuant to Section 6 of the Act.
Dental plan means any dental insurance policy, including those of nonprofit health service plans, and those of commercial group, blanket, and individual policies, any subscriber contracts issued by Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs), and any other established programs under which the insured may make a claim. The term Dental Plan includes coverage under a governmental plan, or coverage required to be provided by law. This does not include a State plan under Medicaid (Title XIX, Grants to States for Medical Assistance Programs, of the United States Social Security Act, as amended from time to time.)
Coastal high hazard area means a Special Flood Hazard Area extending from offshore to the inland limit of a primary frontal dune along an open coast and any other area subject to high velocity wave action from storms or seismic sources. The area is designated on a FIRM, or other adopted flood map as determined in Article 3, Section B of this ordinance, as Zone VE.
Coastal zone means the area comprising coastal public property, the coastal protection zone, coastal access land, coastal protected areas, the seashore and coastal waters, and includes any aspect of the environment on, in, under and above such area;
Coastal waters means those waters of Long Island Sound and its harbors, embayments, tidal rivers, streams and creeks which contain a salinity concentration of at least five hundred parts per million under low flow conditions.
Health benefit plan means a policy, contract, certificate or agreement offered or issued by a health carrier to provide, deliver, arrange for, pay for or reimburse any of the costs of health care services.
Conservation Plan means a document that outlines how a project site will be managed using best management practices to avoid potential negative environmental impacts.
Restoration Plan means all technical and organisational measures necessary for the restoration of the system back to normal state;

Company 401(k) Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(e).
Pay Plan means the scale of wages as contained in the attached Appendix “A” and the rules governing its application, as per Article 12.
Rehabilitation Plan means a written plan designed to enable the Employee to return to work. The Rehabilitation Plan will consist of one or more of the following phases:
Case plan means a written document developed by the PCSA, PCPA or Title IV-E agency and the family which identifies strengths of the family, concerns to be resolved and supportive services to be provided which will result in ensuring permanence for the child.
Coastal area means coastal area as defined in section 22a-93(3) of the Connecticut General Statutes. “Coastal waters” means coastal waters as defined in section 22a-93(5) of the Connecticut General Statutes. “Commissioner” means commissioner as defined in section 22a-2(b) of the Connecticut General Statutes.
Retirement Plan means a plan which provides retirement benefits to you and which is not funded wholly by your contributions. The term shall not include a profit-sharing plan, informal salary continuation plan, registered retirement savings plan, stock ownership plan, 401(K) or a non-qualified plan of deferred compensation.
Virginia Stormwater Management Act means Article 2.3 (§ 62.1-44.15:24 et seq.) of Chapter 3.1 of Title 62.1 of the Code of Virginia.
