Codeshared Routes definition

Codeshared Routes or “Routes” means the city-pair markets set out in Annex B.

  • Most often, the remaining adjustments relate to pension or labour law aspects.

  • If the Parties obtain none of the Governmental Approvals required for the Codeshared Routes listed in Annex B within of the Effective Date, or if all of such Governmental Approvals are given with substantial unfavorable restrictions or conditions (each Party to determine in its sole discretion the reasonableness of such restrictions or conditions), the Parties shall negotiate in good faith to find an equitable solution to enable the commencement of the Codeshared Routes.

  • Economic authority (including Statement of Authorization under 14 CFR, Part 212) from the United States Department of Transportation (“DOT”) to codeshare with IndiGo over the Codeshared Routes.

  • In the event that all Governmental Approvals have not been obtained by November 1, 2007- for some particular Codeshared Route(s), then the implementation date for each such Codeshared Route shall occur at a later date as mutually agreed by the Parties, but not later than one hundred and eighty (180) days after the date all Governmental Approval are received by the Parties for each such Codeshared Route.

  • Routes means that part of the Network specified in Schedule 2; "safety authorisation" has the meaning ascribed to it by regulation 2 of the Railways and Other Guided Transport Systems (Safety) Regulations 2006; "safety certificate" has the meaning ascribed to it by regulation 2 of the Railways and Other Guided Transport Systems (Safety) Regulations 2006;

  • Customer Portal means a web portal maintained by Liferay or a Liferay Affiliate that provides for various resources accessible to Liferay Subscription customers as further described in Section 2.1 below.

  • Outsourcing facility means a facility that is engaged in the compounding of sterile drugs and is currently registered as an outsourcing facility with the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services and that complies with all applicable requirements of federal and state law, including the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

This term includes systems similar to separate storm sewer systems in municipalities, such as systems at military bases, large hospital or prison complexes, and highway and other thoroughfares. The term does not include separate storm sewers in very discrete areas, such as individual buildings.
