Coinbase Connected Trading Venue Digital Asset Balance. Client agrees that Coinbase has sole discretion in determining the allocation of Digital Assets credited to the Trading Balance. Coinbase agrees that in the event of a bankruptcy or insolvency event affecting a Connected Trading Venue, or otherwise, it shall make available for withdrawal by Client, in accordance with the time period set forth in Section 4.3 below, the full amount of Digital Assets credited to the Trading Balance for the benefit of Client in accordance with the NYDFS BitLicense.
