Coinbase Group definition

Coinbase Group means Coinbase Europe and its corporate affiliates, including Coinbase, Incorporated, a Delaware corporation, which provide Digital Currency storage and wallet services. Excluded from this definition are all corporate affiliates that solely provide electronic money services, including, but not limited to, Coinbase Ireland.

Examples of Coinbase Group in a sentence

  • No company within the Coinbase Group shall have any liability for fluctuations in the fiat currency value of Digital Currency held in your Digital Currency Wallet.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Coinbase Group shall not have any obligation to use different blockchain addresses to store Digital Currencies owned by you and Digital Currencies owned by other customers or by the Coinbase Group.

  • All Digital Currencies held in your Digital Currency Wallet are assets held by the Coinbase Group for your benefit on a custodial basis.

  • Customers’ Digital Currency is segregated from the Coinbase Group’s (including Coinbase Europe’s) own Digital Currency or funds by way of separate ledger accounting entries for customer and Coinbase Group accounts.

  • All Digital Currencies held in your Digital Currency Wallet are custodial assets held by the Coinbase Group for your benefit.

  • Although we maintain separate ledger accounting entries for customer and Coinbase Group accounts, no member of the Coinbase Group shall have any obligation to segregate by blockchain address Digital Currencies owned by you from Digital Currencies owned by other customers or by any member of the Coinbase Group.

  • All Digital Currencies held in your Digital Currency Wallet are assets held by the Coinbase Group on your behalf on a custodial basis.

  • Coinbase SG, Coinbase Payments and all affiliated and other group companies of those companies (including Coinbase, Inc.) shall together in this Agreement be termed the "Coinbase Group".

  • All content included in or made available through the Coinbase Services, the Site or any related content materials and information such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software (“Content”) is the property of the Coinbase Group or its content providers and protected by United States and international copyright and intellectual property law.

  • Customers’ Digital Currency is segregated from the Coinbase Group’s (including Coinbase SG) own Digital Currency or funds by way of separate ledger accounting entries for customer and Coinbase Group accounts.

Related to Coinbase Group

  • Service Group means any one or more (as the context may require) of the service groups described in this Schedule;

  • Xxxx Group means collectively Xxxx Capital Fund V, L.P., Xxxx Capital Fund V-B, L.P., BCIP Associates, BCIP Trust Associates, L.P. and Xxxxxxxx Street Partners.

  • Xxxxxx Group shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(b) hereof.

  • Xxxxx Group means Xxxxx and any Affiliate of Xxxxx.

  • SAP Group means SAP Parent and any of its Associated Companies.

  • MNE Group means any Group that (i) includes two or more enterprises the tax residences of which are in different jurisdictions, or includes an enterprise that is resident for tax purposes in one jurisdiction and is subject to tax with respect to the business carried out through a permanent establishment in another jurisdiction, and (ii) is not an Excluded MNE Group;

  • Ohio Business Gateway means the online computer network system, created under section 125.30 of the Ohio Revised Code, that allows persons to electronically file business reply forms with state agencies and includes any successor electronic filing and payment system.

  • Founding Companies has the meaning set forth in the third recital of this Agreement.

  • Client Group means Client, any corporate body of which Client is a subsidiary (as defined by s. 1159 of the Companies Act 2006), any other subsidiary of such corporate body and any subsidiary of Client;

  • Xxxxxxx Group means (a) any member of the Xxxxxxx Family and (b) any Related Person of any such member.

  • Remainco Group means RemainCo and its Subsidiaries, other than the SpinCo Group.

  • CSDP means the Central Securities Depository Prague

  • Related Companies means the companies within the meaning of Article L. 225-197-2 of the French Commercial Code or any provision substituted for same.

  • Residentia Group means Residentia Group Pty Ltd of 165 Barkly Avenue Burnley VIC, ACN 600 546 656 in respect of Appliances purchased in Australia;

  • Distribution Company means a distribution company as defined in Section 1 of Chapter 164 of the Massachusetts General Laws.3

  • SpinCo Group means (a) prior to the Effective Time, SpinCo and each Person that will be a Subsidiary of SpinCo as of immediately after the Effective Time, including the Transferred Entities, even if, prior to the Effective Time, such Person is not a Subsidiary of SpinCo; and (b) on and after the Effective Time, SpinCo and each Person that is a Subsidiary of SpinCo.

  • CSDCC means the China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd. “CSRC” means the China Securities Regulatory Commission.

  • CBS shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • DBS Group means DBS Bank Ltd, its subsidiaries, affiliates, branches and related companies.

  • HSBC Group means HSBC Holdings plc, its affiliates, subsidiaries, associated entities and any of their branches and offices (together or individually), and “member of the HSBC Group” has the same meaning.

  • Parent Group has the meaning set forth in Section 8.03(c).

  • Brands means the Sprint PCS Brands and the Sprint Brands.

  • Group Companies means the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Non-profit making companies means companies set up under the Companies Act, 1956/Companies Act 2013.

  • Other Founding Companies means all of the Founding Companies other than the Company.

  • Management Group means at any time, the Chairman of the board of directors, the Chief Executive Officer, the President, any Managing Director, Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President or Vice President, any Treasurer and any Secretary of Holdings or other executive officer of Holdings or any Subsidiary of Holdings at such time.
