If, in the opinion of ACIAR such personnel have become involved in the political affairs of the Collaborating Country, ACIAR may require the Commissioned Agent, at its own cost, to promptly remove the personnel involved from work in respect of the Services and for their replacement with personnel of equal competence approved in writing by ACIAR prior to their appointment.
