Collaboration Principles definition

Collaboration Principles means the overarching principles of collaborative working contained in the Schedule Part 2 which the Parties agree will be the basis of operation of this Agreement;
Collaboration Principles has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 6.04(a).
Collaboration Principles shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.10.

  • Subject to the Collaboration Principles, each of the Parties agrees that any disputes arising between the parties in relation to this Agreement will be brought exclusively in the courts of the Province of Ontario and all courts competent to hear appeals therefrom.

  • The Commercialization Plan shall cover only activities for commercialization of the Combination Product in the Territory that shall be conducted by a single Member Party or that must be coordinated between the Member Parties, which activities shall conform to the Collaboration Principles and the provisions of this Section 5.
