Draft Design definition

Draft Design means the design for the Network Connection Works prepared by the Developer's ASP/3 and includes all relevant documentation, information, and other such data that may be required by Endeavour Energy to consider and assess the design.
Draft Design means all the steps required to carry out the engineering of Hydro-Québec Electrical Work required to supply power to the Electrical Installation and clarify the technical, financial and environmental aspects as well as the calendar for completion of this work;
Draft Design means the design for the Developer Works prepared by the Developer's L3 ASP and includes all relevant documentation, information, and other such data that may be required by Essential Energy to consider and assess the design in accordance with clause 5.

Examples of Draft Design in a sentence

  • Prior to the Preconstruction Meeting, CONTRACTOR shall provide a Draft Design Review Submittal Schedule to SCDOT.

  • For the Draft Design Summary, a statement should be made indicating that an opportunity for a public hearing will be offered by advertising in local newspapers.

  • DS Waters: BEL received a Draft Design Proposal from DS Waters and issued a letter dated December 28, 2018 outlining our comments.

  • If the Authority does not exercise its discretion to reject the Proposal, the Authority may provide to the Proponent a list of the items that the Authority is not satisfied meet the requirements of the Final Draft Design Early Works Agreement.

  • The Authority also reserves the right, in its discretion, to negotiate changes to the Final Draft Design Early Works Agreement and to the Preferred Proponent’s Proposal.

  • The Proponent will, if selected as Preferred Proponent, be required to comply with the requirements of the Final Draft Design Early Works Agreement, including by rectifying any non- compliances (material or otherwise) in its Proposal.

  • Irrespective of whether the Authority has identified or has failed to identify any such areas, a Proponent is not relieved in any way from meeting the requirements of this RFP, and if selected as Preferred Proponent will not be relieved from meeting all requirements of the Final Draft Design Early Works Agreement, including by rectifying any non- compliances (material or otherwise) in its Proposal.

  • The Authority is not responsible for identifying all areas in which a Proposal does not meet the requirements of the Final Draft Design Early Works Agreement.

  • As part of the evaluation of the Proposal, the Authority may identify that it is not satisfied that the Proposal meets one or more requirements of the Final Draft Design Early Works Agreement.

  • Draft Bidding Documents shall also be submitted together with the Draft Design Report.

Related to Draft Design

  • Product Description means the description of each Hospitality Package, or series of Hospitality Packages which are the subject of any Confirmation of Purchase.

  • Development Application means the development application identified in Item 5 of Schedule 1 and includes all plans, reports models, photomontages, material boards (as amended supplemented) submitted to the consent authority before the determination of that Development Application.

  • Maximum design heat input means the ability of a unit to combust a stated maximum amount of fuel per hour on a steady state basis, as determined by the physical design and physical characteristics of the unit.

  • Registered design in this Act shall mean a design for which a design registration has been granted.

  • Work Schedule means the approved order and timeline for how the requirements of this contract, including Work on individual Units or groups of Units, will be fulfilled by the Contractor.

  • Application Form means any application form to be completed by subscribers for Shares as prescribed by the Company from time to time.

  • Airline Designator Code means the two-characters or three letters, which identify particular air carriers.

  • Type designation means a combination of letters and numerals assigned by the Government to a major end item, assembly or subassembly, as appropriate, to provide a convenient means of differentiating between items having the same basic name and to indicate modifications and changes thereto.

  • Working Drawings means the final working drawings approved by Landlord, as amended from time to time by any approved changes thereto, and “Work” means all improvements to be constructed in accordance with and as indicated on the Working Drawings, together with any work required by governmental authorities to be made to other areas of the Building as a result of the improvements indicated by the Working Drawings. Landlord’s approval of the Working Drawings shall not be a representation or warranty of Landlord that such drawings are adequate for any use or comply with any Law, but shall merely be the consent of Landlord thereto. Tenant shall, at Landlord’s request, sign the Working Drawings to evidence its review and approval thereof. After the Working Drawings have been approved, Tenant shall cause the Work to be performed in accordance with the Working Drawings.

  • Brand Name or Equal Specification means a specification which uses one or more manufacturer’s names or catalogue numbers to describe the standard of quality, performance, and other characteristics needed to meet District requirements, and which provides for the submission of equivalent products.

  • Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;

  • Brand Name Specification means a specification limited to one or more items by manufacturers’ names or catalogue number.

  • Request for Proposals (RFP means all documents, including those attached or incorporated by reference, used for soliciting proposals.

  • Request for Applications (RFA) means the document (including all amendments and attachments) issued by the System Agency under which applications for Program funds were requested, which is incorporated by reference for all purposes in its entirety.

  • Construction Drawings means those drawings containing the technical details associated with the design, construction and installation of the Infrastructure;

  • Request for Proposal (RFP means the solicitation document issued by Purchasing to potential vendors for the purchase of equipment, supplies, and/or services as described in the document. The definition includes these Terms and Conditions as well as all Pricing Pages, Exhibits, Attachments, and Addendums thereto.
