Collaboration Therapeutic Areas definition

Collaboration Therapeutic Areas means (a) with respect to the Target Validation Program, inflammation, bone and metabolism (e.g., diabetes and obesity), provided, however, that Parties may agree to include oncology in the Target Validation Program as provided in Section 3.1; and (b) with respect to the Antisense Drug Discovery Program, inflammation, bone, metabolism and oncology.
Collaboration Therapeutic Areas means inflammation, bone, and metabolism (E.G., diabetes and obesity).

  • During the Antisense Drug Discovery Term, the Joint Research Committee shall designate the Drug Discovery Targets to be analyzed under the Antisense Drug Discovery Program in one or more Collaboration Therapeutic Areas.

  • The Joint Research Committee shall have the day-to-day management responsibilities for the Target Validation Program and the Antisense Drug Discovery Program in the Collaboration Therapeutic Areas.

  • An additional purpose of the Target Validation Program is to validate and prioritize Targets related to the Collaboration Therapeutic Areas for potential inclusion in the Antisense Drug Discovery Program.

  • As of the Second Restatement Execution Date there are no Active Programs in any of the Collaboration Therapeutic Areas other than those in the Collaboration Therapeutic Area of oncology.

  • Committee shall designate the Drug Discovery Targets to be analyzed under the Antisense Drug Discovery Program in one or more Collaboration Therapeutic Areas.

  • Upon the effective dateof such termination, the Joint Research Committee shall reassign the Isis Collaboration FTEs assigned to the Collaboration Therapeutic Area of oncology to the remaining Collaboration Therapeutic Areas for the remainder of the Oncology Term.

Related to Collaboration Therapeutic Areas

  • Collaboration Product means a pharmaceutical product containing or comprising Compound in any dosage form alone, or in combination with, one or more other pharmaceutically active ingredients, and any and all Improvements thereto.

  • Collaboration Compound means any of the following: (a) FG-4592, (b) any HIF Compound (other than FG-4592) that is added to this Agreement pursuant to Section 3.6, and (c) any salts, esters, complexes, chelates, crystalline and amorphous morphic forms, pegylated forms, enantiomers (excluding regioisomers), prodrugs, solvates, metabolites and catabolites of any of the foregoing ((a) or (b)).

  • Collaboration has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Collaboration Know-How means all Know-How conceived, discovered, developed or otherwise made by or on behalf of a particular Party or any of its Affiliates or permitted subcontractors of any of the foregoing (solely or jointly by or on behalf of a particular Party or any of its Affiliates or permitted subcontractors of any of the foregoing) in the course of [***].

  • Collaboration Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(h).

  • Collaborating physician means the physician who,

  • Collaboration Target means the Initial Collaboration Targets set forth on Exhibit F and any Additional Target or Substitute Target that is selected in accordance with Section 3.3 of this Agreement.

  • Licensed Compounds means: (a) Research Program Active Compounds; (b) Novartis Active Compounds; (c) salts, hydrates, solvates, esters, metabolites, intermediates, stereoisomers and polymorphs of Research Program Active Compounds or Novartis Active Compounds; and (d) prodrugs of Research Program Active Compounds or Novartis Active Compounds (any of the foregoing, a “Licensed Compound”).

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Research Program has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Massive Multiauthor Collaboration Site (or “MMC Site”) means any World Wide Web server that publishes copyrightable works and also provides prominent facilities for anybody to edit those works. A public wiki that anybody can edit is an example of such a server. A “Massive Multiauthor Collaboration” (or “MMC”) contained in the site means any set of copyrightable works thus published on the MMC site.

  • Therapeutic school means a residential group living facility:

  • Commercialization or “Commercialize” means activities directed to marketing, promoting, research and development as required, manufacturing for sale, offering for sale, distributing, importing or selling a product, including sub-licensing or sub-contracting of these activities.

  • Research Program Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Licensed Compound means [***].

  • Collaboration Technology means all Collaboration Patents and Collaboration Know-How.

  • Collaborative drug therapy management means participation by an authorized pharmacist and a physician in the management of drug therapy pursuant to a written community practice protocol or a written hospital practice protocol.

  • Clinical Trials means a controlled study in humans of the safety or efficacy of a Product, and includes, without limitation, such clinical trials as are designed to support expanded labeling or to satisfy the requirements of an Agency in connection with any Product Approval and any other human study used in research and Development of a Product.

  • Therapeutic Product means a health product categorised as a therapeutic product in the First Schedule to the Act;

  • Research Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Collaboration IP means Collaboration Know-How and Collaboration Patents.

  • Licensed Program means the executable processing programs of licensed information, which is composed of various modules in the Licensed Software package provided by the Licensor.

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Development Activity means any activity defined as Development which will necessitate a Floodplain Development Permit. This includes buildings, structures, and non-structural items, including (but not limited to) fill, bulkheads, piers, pools, docks, landings, ramps, and erosion control/stabilization measures.

  • Development Activities means those activities which are normally undertaken for the development, construction, repair, renovation, rehabilitation or conversion of buildings for residential purposes, including the acquisition of property;
