If either client subpoenas the Financial Professional and/or any of the records, notes or documentation produced by the Financial Professional during the Collaborative process, then the client who has issued the subpoena shall be deemed to have agreed to pay all the costs required for the Financial Professional to quash the said subpoena.
If the parties are unable to resolve matters through the Collaborative process, the Collaborative professionals will not be involved in Court proceedings.
