Collateral Bonds definition

Collateral Bonds has the meaning given it in the fourth recital.
Collateral Bonds means all bonds, notes and other evidences of indebtedness from time to time issued and outstanding under the Collateral Trust Indenture.
Collateral Bonds means any First Mortgage Bonds issued by the Company under the First Mortgage Indenture and issued and delivered to the Trustee pursuant to Section 4.01.

Examples of Collateral Bonds in a sentence

  • The Collateral Bonds shall be exchangeable for other registered bonds of the same series, in the manner and upon the conditions prescribed in the Indenture, upon the surrender of such bonds at the Investor Services Department of the Company, as transfer agent.

  • The Collateral Bonds shall not be sold or transferred by the Trustee until the earlier of the Release Date or the prior retirement of the Related Issue of Securities through redemption, repurchase or otherwise.

  • The Administrative Agent shall surrender this Collateral Bond to the Trustee when all of the Borrower Obligations shall have been duly paid in full in immediately available funds, and the Credit Agreement (including, without limitation, all Commitments thereunder) shall have been terminated, and the Trustee shall cancel such Collateral Bonds upon receipt thereof.
