Indenture Bonds definition

Indenture Bonds means the Bonds, the Parity Bonds and any Additional Bonds.
Indenture Bonds means, collectively, the Bonds and the TIFIA Bonds Outstanding.

Examples of Indenture Bonds in a sentence

  • Subject to the limitations and conditions and upon payment of the charges, if any, as provided in the Indenture, Bonds may be exchanged for a like aggregate principal amount of Bonds of other authorized denominations and of the same maturity.

  • In determining whether the Owners of the requisite aggregate principal amount of Bonds have concurred in any demand, request, direction, consent or waiver under this Indenture, Bonds which are owned or held by or for the account of the Successor Agency or the City (but excluding Bonds held in any employees' retirement fund) shall be disregarded and deemed not to be Outstanding for the purpose of any such determination.

  • As provided in, and subject to the provisions of, the Indenture, Bonds are exchangeable at the option of the Holder thereof for other Bonds of the same series, of authorized denomination and of like tenor, maturity, interest rate and aggregate principal amount, to be registered in the name of such Holder, upon surrender thereof by such Holder at any office or agency maintained for such purpose pursuant to the Indenture.

  • At the principal corporate trust office of the Trustee, in the manner and subject to the limitations, conditions and charges provided in the Indenture, Bonds may be exchanged for an equal aggregate principal amount of Bonds of the same maturity, of authorized denominations and bearing interest at the same rate.

  • Interest that would be payable during the Fiscal Year on 2003 Indenture Bonds bearing interest at a variable rate, assuming they bore interest at the maximum permitted rate, which is 35% for the 2008 Series B Bonds and 2008 Series C Bonds. Swap Agreements (Maximum Rate).

  • With respect to the 2003 Indenture Bonds, the Annual Appropriation Amount is summarized in more detail below and equals the sum of the following amounts (except that, for the second Fiscal Year in a biennium, the Annual Appropriation Amount equals the sum of the following amounts determined for such second Fiscal Year or the immediately succeeding Fiscal Year, whichever is greater):  Bonds – Principal.

  • Interest to be paid during the Fiscal Year on 2003 Indenture Bonds bearing interest at a fixed rate. Bonds – Variable Rate Interest (Maximum Rate).

  • The amount of principal of 2003 Indenture Bonds to be redeemed during the Fiscal Year, including any scheduled amount to be redeemed pursuant to optional redemption. Bonds – Fixed Rate Interest.

  • Certain of such Series of 1994 Master Indenture Bonds were initially issued as convertible option bonds, subsequently remarketed with Permanent Interest Rates, and the remainder were initially issued as long-term fixed interest rate bonds.

Related to Indenture Bonds

  • Indenture Notes means the Notes.

  • Indenture means this Indenture, as amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • Debenture Indenture means the Indenture, dated as of December 1, 1989, between United Parcel Service of America, Inc. and Chemical Bank pursuant to which the 8-3/8% Debentures Due April 1, 2020 were issued, as in effect on the date of this Agreement (without giving effect to any amendment, supplement or other modification thereto, any repayment or covenant defeasance thereunder or any termination thereof), a copy of which is attached as Exhibit F hereto.

  • Bond Indenture means, for any series of Bonds, the indenture pursuant to which such Bonds are issued and any supplement thereto relating to such Bonds.

  • Series 2021 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2021A Bonds and the Series 2021B Bonds.

  • Senior Bonds means all Bonds issued as Senior Bonds in compliance with the provisions of the Indenture.

  • Series 2020 Bonds means the West Virginia Hospital Finance Authority Refunding Revenue Bonds (Thomas Health System, Inc.), Series 2020 A to be issued as a combination of tax-exempt and taxable non-rated fixed rate bonds by the Issuer, subject to its authority and discretion, in the aggregate principal amount of $60,100,000, to (i) refund and retire the Series 2008 Bonds at a discount to the current par amount outstanding, (ii) fund a debt service reserve fund for the Series 2020 Bonds, (iii) fund the Operating Reserve Fund, if necessary, as described in Article IV.C.1 of the Plan and (iv) finance costs of issuance of the Series 2020 Bonds.

  • Series 2017 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2017A Bonds and the Series 2017B Bonds.

  • 2028 Notes means those 6.500% Senior Notes due 2028 issued by the Borrower in an aggregate principal amount of $400,000,000 pursuant to the 2028 Notes Documents.

  • First Mortgage Indenture means a first mortgage indenture pursuant to which any Borrower or any Subsidiary of any Borrower may issue bonds, notes or similar instruments secured by a lien on all or substantially all of such Borrower’s or such Subsidiary’s fixed assets, as the case may be.

  • Subordinated Indenture means the Subordinated Note Indenture, dated as of ________ __, 19__, between the Depositor and the Indenture Trustee, as supplemented by the Supplemental Indenture.

  • Underlying Securities Indenture As set forth in Schedule I.

  • Senior Note Indentures means, collectively, the Senior Note (2020) Indenture, the Senior Note (2021) Indenture, the Senior Note (2022) Indenture and the Senior Note (2023) Indenture.

  • Mortgage Indenture means the Mortgage and Deed of Trust, dated as of April 1, 1932, between SIGECO and Bankers Trust Company (as supplemented from time to time before or after the date hereof by various supplemental indentures thereto).

  • Subordinated Note Indenture means the indenture or indentures, pursuant to which the Subordinated Notes are issued, as such indenture or indentures may be amended from time to time to the extent permitted under subsection 7.12B.

  • Senior Note Indenture the Indenture entered into by the Borrower and certain of its Subsidiaries in connection with the issuance of the Senior Notes, together with all instruments and other agreements entered into by the Borrower or such Subsidiaries in connection therewith.

  • Master Indenture means this Master Trust Indenture, as amended and supplemented from time to time in accordance with the provisions hereof.

  • 2014 Notes means (i) the 4.850% Senior Secured Notes due 2024 issued by the Issuer on March 18, 2014 and (ii) the 4.45% Senior Secured Notes due 2025 and the 5.45% Senior Secured Notes due 2034 issued by the Issuer on August 21, 2014.

  • Additional Bonds means the debt instruments issued under a Tap Issue, including any Temporary Bonds.

  • 2019 Notes has the meaning set forth in the definition of “2018 Exchange Offers”.

  • 2024 Notes means the Corporation’s 5.875% Senior Notes due 2024.

  • 2015 Notes means the 8.375% senior notes due 2015 in the principal amounts of $615 million and €500 million issued pursuant to the 2015 Notes Indenture.

  • 2022 Notes means the 5.875% Senior Notes of the Company due August 14, 2022 issued under the 2022 Indenture.

  • 2011 Notes means those certain notes issued pursuant to the Note Purchase Agreement dated as of March 22, 2011 among the Company and the purchasers named in Schedule A thereto.

  • Issuer’s Bonds means any Bonds which are owned by the Issuer or any Affiliate of the Issuer.

  • Senior Subordinated Note Indenture the Indenture entered into by the Borrower and certain of its Subsidiaries in connection with the issuance of the Senior Subordinated Notes, together with all instruments and other agreements entered into by the Borrower or such Subsidiaries in connection therewith, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with Section 7.9.
