Collateral Location Schedule definition

Collateral Location Schedule means a schedule in the form attached to this agreement. The Debtor agrees to complete, execute and deliver a Collateral Location Schedule to the Agent with respect to any Collateral for which the Debtor has identified a location in this agreement: (i) concurrently with the execution of this agreement, if the initial location of the Collateral is other than the address of the Debtor set forth above; and (ii) within ten (10) days prior to the relocation of any Collateral to any place other than the address of the Debtor set forth above or the location identified in any previously submitted Collateral Location Schedule.

  • Closing Location means the location that all Proposals for this RFP will be accepted at.

  • Project Location means the points or areas designated as such on Exhibit A and located on the ground by reference to points, stations, natural land features, improvements, or area boundary signs.   • SITE / LOCATION means any Site where BHARAT PETROLEUM CORPORATION LTD. desires to receive materials any where in India as mentioned in RFQ.

  • Co-location means the use of an existing tower or structure to support antennae for the provision of wireless services. A replacement tower that is constructed on the same site as an existing tower will be considered a co-location as long as the new tower is no taller than the old tower and that the old tower is removed in a reasonable short time frame after the new tower is constructed.

  • Business location means a location where the firm carries out an activity that requires registration, and includes a residence if regular and ongoing activity that requires registration is carried out from the residence or if records relating to an activity that requires registration are kept at the residence;

  • Off-Site Location means any real property other than the Real Property.

  • Equipment Schedule means (a) each Equipment Schedule attached to the applicable Requisition and (b) each Equipment Schedule attached to the applicable Lease Supplement.

  • Construction Schedule means a construction schedule indicating the planned start and completion dates of the major activities of the Work as set out in Appendix [ ], a future Appendix;

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • Retail location means a facility listed under NFPA 1124, 7.1.2.

  • Approved Location means (a) a storage terminal or facility located in the United States or Canada owned by the Borrower or a Subsidiary; or (b) other storage location located in the United States or Canada identified by the Borrower by notice to the Administrative Agent for which, if requested by the Administrative Agent, the Borrower has used commercially reasonable efforts to cause the owner, operator or landlord thereof to execute and deliver, a waiver of lien, subordination agreement or similar agreement in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent with respect to any inventories of Petroleum Products stored at such terminal or facility.

  • Work Locations means any real estate that Windstream owns, leases or licenses or in which it holds easements or other rights to use, or does use, in connection with this Agreement.

  • Completion Schedule means the fulfilment of the Related Services by the Supplier in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract;

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • Receivables Schedule means the schedule of receivables attached as Schedule A, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified and in effect from time to time.

  • Preliminary Mortgage Schedule As defined in Section 3.

  • Prepayment Charge Schedule As of any date, the list of Prepayment Charges included in the Trust Fund on such date, attached hereto as Schedule 2 (including the prepayment charge summary attached thereto). The Prepayment Charge Schedule shall set forth the following information with respect to each Prepayment Charge:

  • Lease Supplement means a Lease Supplement, substantially in the form of Schedule 2 hereto, to be entered into between Lessor and Lessee on the Delivery Date for the purpose of leasing the Aircraft under and pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, and any subsequent Lease Supplement entered into in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Order Schedule means MSC’s form Order Schedule or any other mutually agreed upon order schedule which references this Agreement (by citing the MSC Agreement Number above or otherwise) and sets forth, among other things, the Software, Maintenance and/or Services to be provided by MSC to Customer hereunder and the fees to be paid by Customer.

  • Disbursement Schedule means the disbursement schedule as set out in an FAA;
