Collateral Parties definition

Collateral Parties has the meaning specified in the first paragraph of this Agreement.
Collateral Parties means, collectively, the Loan Parties (other than any Subsidiary that is not a wholly-owned Subsidiary).
Collateral Parties means the Obligors and Pledgor, and “Collateral Party” shall have a corresponding meaning.

Collateral Parties means, collectively, FCX and each Subsidiary of FCX that is a Subsidiary Guarantor or that has pledged or made subject to a Lien (or is required to pledge or make subject to a Lien) any of its assets as Collateral pursuant to the Agreed Collateral Actions.

For purposes of the Accession Agreement contemplated by Exhibit E hereto, “Credit Parties” shall have the meaning set forth in the Intercreditor Agreement.
