Collected Revenues definition

Collected Revenues means actual payments received by or on behalf of Sprint PCS or Manager for Sprint PCS Products and Services from others, including the customers, whose NPA-NXX is the same as that for the portion of the Service Area served by the Service Area Network. In determining Collected Revenues the following principles will apply.

  • The weekly amounts paid to Manager during the calendar month before the Transition Date and on the first Thursday after the Transition Date will be based on the Collected Revenues method.

  • P.C. hereby agrees to the application of the Gross Collected Revenues to the purposes and priorities specified in this Agreement.

  • Doctor shall upon reasonable notice to Company have the right to inspect the records related to this Agreement to ascertain the Collected Revenues, Practice Expenses, and calculation of Company's Management Expenses and Management Fee.
