The weekly amounts paid to Manager during the calendar month before the Transition Date and on the first Thursday after the Transition Date will be based on the Collected Revenues method.
Sprint PCS will also pay to Manager no later than the second Thursday after the Transition Date any Collected Revenues received after the Saturday before the Transition Date and before the Transition Date.

Therefore, the parties agree that P.C. shall pay to Manager as compensation for all the services rendered by Manager pursuant to the terms of this Agreement an amount equal to the Gross Collected Revenues less: (i) the amount of the Permitted Expenses of P.C. and (ii) the amount of advances repaid to Manager pursuant to subparagraph 8(d).
P.C. hereby agrees to the application of the Gross Collected Revenues to the purposes and priorities specified in this Agreement.
Doctor shall upon reasonable notice to Company have the right to inspect the records related to this Agreement to ascertain the Collected Revenues, Practice Expenses, and calculation of Company's Management Expenses and Management Fee.
