Collection Event definition

Collection Event means when a taxpayer fails to:
Collection Event means the replacement of a Waste Transfer Bin containing Garbage or Recycling with an empty Waste Transfer Bin by the Contractor.
Collection Event means a tire collection event of a one or two-day duration conducted by the CONTRACTOR at the direction of the COUNTY.

  • COUNTY agrees to conduct the Emergency Collection Event at a mutually agreeable site and time.

  • If Participating City chooses to hold the Mobile Collection Event on private property, Participating City shall obtain a signed waiver from the owner of the property sixty (60) days prior to the event.

  • Fort Worth shall not participate in nor be responsible for any part of the Participating City’s HHW Collection Event unless and except by written mutual agreement.


More Definitions of Collection Event

Collection Event means a consolidation program offered for a limited duration and designated as part of a manufacturer’s recovery program. A collection event may be operated by a private, public or non-profit entity.
