College Draft definition

College Draft means the NFL’s annual draft of Rookie football players as described in Article 6. “Supplemental Draft” means the supplemental draft in a given League Year, if held by the League.
College Draft means the NFL’s annual draft of Rook- ie football players as described in Article XVI (College Draft).

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, to the extent there are Compensatory Draft Selections as a result of Article XVI (College Draft), Section 2 and/or Article XX (Franchise and Transition Players), Section 15, the Entering Play- er Pool shall be increased in accordance with Subsection (c) below and as otherwise agreed upon by the NFL and the NFLPA.

  • No Right of First Refusal may be assigned to any other Club (except as provided in Article XVI (College Draft), Section 7 or as agreed by the player in the circumstances set forth in Section 5 below).

Related to College Draft

  • College means any college in the South Carolina Technical College System.

  • Loan Program means the State Treasurer’s Interest-Free Loan Program for Colorado School Districts authorized pursuant to the Loan Program Statutes.

  • Educator preparation program means a planned sequence of academic courses and experiences leading to a recommendation for licensure by the State Board.

  • ESBD means the Electronic State Business Daily, the electronic marketplace where State of Texas bid opportunities over $25,000 are posted. The ESBD may currently be accessed at http://www.txsmartbuy.com/esbd.

  • Qualified Medical Child Support Order means a Medical Child Support Order which creates (including assignment of rights) or recognizes an Alternate Recipient's right to receive benefits to which a Participant or Qualified Beneficiary is eligible under this Plan, and has been determined by the Plan Administrator to meet the qualification requirements as outlined under “Procedures” of this provision.

  • Alert means events may occur, are in progress, or have occurred that could lead to a release of radioactive material but that the release is not expected to require a response by offsite response organizations to protect persons offsite.

  • Center means the center for educational performance and information created in section 94a.

  • Medical Child Support Order means any judgment, decree or order (including approval of a domestic relations settlement agreement) issued by a court of competent jurisdiction that:

  • Commercial Services means any waste management service, relating or connected to accumulating, collecting, managing, recycling, sorting, storing, treating, transporting, disposing, buying or selling of waste or any other manner of handling waste excluding services rendered by the municipality;

  • Food handler means a person who works with unpackaged food, food equipment or utensils, or food-contact surfaces for a food service establishment.

  • College board means the state board for community and

  • Commercial driver s license" means:

  • Approved abuse education training program means a training program using a curriculum approved by the abuse education review panel of the department of public health or a training program offered by a hospital, a professional organization for physicians, or the department of human services, the department of education, an area education agency, a school district, the Iowa law enforcement academy, an Iowa college or university, or a similar state agency.

  • SBD means Standard Bidding Documents.

  • Marijuana retailer means a person who sells marijuana items to a consumer in this state.
