Collocation Operations definition

Collocation Operations means the operations of the Verizon Contributors and their respective Affiliates of (i) marketing available capacity at any Site, (ii) administering the Collocation Agreements and (iii) managing (as to compliance with the terms of any applicable Ground Lease, Collocation Agreement or Law) the use and occupancy of the Sites by (a) the Verizon Contributors and their respective Affiliates and (b) the Tower Subtenants. For the avoidance of doubt, “Collocation Operations” does not include the provision of wireless or wireline voice, video, internet, data or any other communications or telecommunications services.
Collocation Operations means the operations of the AT&T Contributors and their respective Affiliates of (i) marketing available capacity at any Site, (ii) administering the Collocation Agreements and (iii) managing the use and occupancy of the Sites by (a) the AT&T Contributors and their respective Affiliates and (b) the Tower Subtenants. For the avoidance of doubt, “Collocation Operations” does not include the provision of wireless or wireline voice and data services.
Collocation Operations means the operations of the T‑Mobile Contributors and their respective Affiliates of (i) marketing available capacity at any Site to wireless communications services providers, (ii) administering the Collocation Agreements (including any Master Collocation Agreements) with such wireless communications services providers and (iii) managing the use and occupancy of the Sites by the T‑Mobile Contributors and their respective Affiliates and the Tower Subtenants.

More Definitions of Collocation Operations

Collocation Operations means the operations of the AT&T Contributors and their respective Affiliates of (i) marketing available capacity at any Site,(ii) administering theCollocation Agreements and (iii) managing the use and occupancy of the Sites by (a) the AT&T Contributors and their respective Affiliates and (b) the Tower Subtenants. For the avoidance of doubt, “Collocation Operations” does not include the provision of wireless or wireline voice and data services.
Collocation Operations means the operations of the SM Group Members of: (a) marketing available capacity at any Sale Site by the SM Group Members on their own behalf; (b) administering the Collocation Agreements; and (c) managing (as to compliance with the terms of any applicable Ground Lease, Collocation Agreement, or Law) the use and occupancy of the Sale Sites by: (i) the SM Group Members and (ii) the Tower Subtenants. Collocation Operations does not include the provision of wireless or wireline voice, video, internet, data, backhaul, or any other communications, broadcast, or telecommunications services, in each case, to the extent that the SM Group Members, in their capacity as “landlord” (or in any similar capacity) under any Collocation Agreement, are not required to provide the same in accordance with the terms of the applicable Collocation Agreement.

  • Production Operations means all operations conducted for the purpose of producing Petroleum from the Development Area after the commencement of production from the Development Area including the operation and maintenance of all necessary facilities therefor.

"Commercial Mobile Radio Service" or "CMRS" is defined in 47 U.S.C. § 332 and FCC rules and orders interpreting that statute.

  • Collocation Space means an area of space located in a Building to be used by CLEC to house telecommunications equipment. Additionally, roof or wall space used for wireless interconnection shall be included in the definition where applicable.

  • Drilling operations means the drilling of an oil and gas well and the production and completion operations ensuing from the drilling which require entry upon the surface estate and which were commenced after June 30, 1979, and oil and gas geophysical and seismograph exploration activities commenced after June 30, 1983.

  • Project Location means the points or areas designated as such on Exhibit A and located on the ground by reference to points, stations, natural land features, improvements, or area boundary signs. STATE means the Oregon Department of Forestry, State Forester, or a duly Authorized Representative of the State Forester.

  • Farming operation means raising, cultivating, propagating, fattening, grazing, or any other farming, livestock, or aquacultural operation.
