Colocation Area definition

Colocation Area means the location within a Gateway in which Colocation Space ordered by Customer is located.
Colocation Area means the location within a A2000 owned or leased Facility in which Space ordered by Customer is located.

Examples of Colocation Area in a sentence

  • Customer shall require any contractor, customer or other third party entering the Colocation Area on Customer’s behalf to procure and maintain the same types, amounts and coverage extensions as required of Customer above.

  • Customer shall under no circumstances “prop open” any door to, or otherwise bypass the security measures Itility has imposed for access to the Colocation Area.

  • The location(s) within the Colocation Area of a datacentre where Customer is permitted to collocate communications equipment pursuant to a Customer Service Order accepted by Itility.

  • In the event that unauthorised parties gain access to the Gateway, Colocation Area and/or Colocation Space through Customer access cards, keys or other access devices provided to Customer, Customer shall be responsible for any damages caused by such third parties.

  • If and to the extent that A2000’s underlying leases so require (but only if they so require) Customer hereby agrees to release A2000’s landlord (and its agents, subcontractors and employees) from all liability relating to Customer’s access to the Colocation Area (and the Facility in which it is located) and Customer’s use and/or occupancy of the Colocation Space.

  • Customer shall abide by any posted or otherwise communicated rules, regulations and access requirements imposed by Itility, relating to use of, access to, or security measures in respect of the Gateway, Colocation Area and/or Colocation Space.

  • In circumstances where Itility's underlying leases in respect of Colocation Space so require, Customer hereby agrees to release Itility's landlord (and its representatives and agents) from any and all claims related to Customer’s access to the Gateway and the Colocation Area, and Customer’s occupancy and use of the Colocation Space.

  • Customer shall be permitted reasonable access to the Colocation Space (and to the Gateway and Colocation Area for the sole purpose of accessing the Colocation Space).

Related to Colocation Area

  • Service Areas means those areas within the Building used for stairs, elevator shafts, flues, vents, stacks, pipe shafts and other vertical penetrations (but shall not include any such areas for the exclusive use of a particular tenant).

  • Storage area means any location, facility, or vehicle which is used to store, to transport, or to secure a radiographic exposure device, a storage container, or a sealed source when it is not in use and which is locked or has a physical barrier to prevent accidental exposure, tampering with, or unauthorized removal of the device, container, or source.

  • Production Area means that part of the animal feeding operation that includes the animal confinement area, the manure storage area, the raw materials storage area, and the waste containment areas. The animal confinement area includes, but is not limited to, open lots, housed lots, feedlots, confinement houses, stall barns, free stall barns, milkrooms, milking centers, egg washing or egg processing areas, areas used for the storage and disposal/treatment of mortalities, cowyards, barnyards, medication pens, walkers, animal walkways, and stables. The manure storage area includes, but is not limited to, lagoons, runoff ponds, storage sheds, stockpiles, under-house or pit storages, liquid impoundments, static piles, and composting piles. The raw materials storage area includes, but is not limited to, feed silos, and silage bunkers. The waste containment area includes, but is not limited to, settling basins and areas within berms and diversions which separate uncontaminated stormwater.

  • Service Area means the geographic area approved by the commissioner within which an issuer is authorized to offer a Medicare Select policy.

  • Radiation area means any area, accessible to individuals, in which radiation levels could result in an individual receiving a dose equivalent in excess of 0.05 mSv (0.005 rem) in 1 hour at 30 centimeters from the source of radiation or from any surface that the radiation penetrates.
