Colocation Sites definition

Colocation Sites has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.5.
Colocation Sites means a wireless communication tower or other structure owned or controlled by a Person (other than the Company and its Subsidiaries) to which the Company and/or its Subsidiaries have attached or have the right to attach Network Assets, but excluding any MTSO.

Examples of Colocation Sites in a sentence

  • Dell is not liable for delays, interruptions, service failures, or other problems inherent in use of the internet and electronic communications or for issues related to non-Dell provided Colocation Sites.

  • To facilitate colocation of the Colocation Sites, the Parties agree to take the identified actions (as applicable to each Colocation Site) on or prior to the Real Estate Separation Date.

  • With respect to any Colocation Sites: Each Party that is the owner or lessee (under a Head Lease) of a Colocation Site shall, to the extent not directly provided by the Landlord or other third party, provide or procure all services presently enjoyed by and/or reasonably necessary for the use of the Colocation Site and which are used in common with other premises in the Colocation Site.

  • To the extent that the Transferred Sites Schedule and the Colocation Sites Schedule require amendments made (i) in accordance with the Allocation Principle in all material respects following the date hereof, or (ii) as a result of changes to allocations made in accordance with Section 2.10, SpinCo or Parent shall provide written notice to the other Party prior to amending the Transferred Sites Schedule or the Colocation Sites Schedule.

  • Sections 2.5(c), (d), (e) and (f) shall apply to those Colocation Sites where the Majority Occupant has elected to perform the Demising Work and demise the Colocation Site.

  • The Executive’s bonus target under the Bonus Plan shall be seventy five percent (75%) of Base Salary.

  • Houston shall grant or cause its applicable Subsidiary to grant to Seattle or its applicable Subsidiary a lease of those parts of the Houston New Lease Properties identified in the Colocation Sites Spreadsheet and Seattle or its applicable Subsidiary shall accept the same, subject to the other provisions of this Agreement and (to the extent not inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement) the terms of the Separation Agreement and the other Transaction Documents.

  • SpinCo shall grant or cause its applicable Subsidiary to grant to Moon or its applicable Subsidiary a sublease of that part of the relevant SpinCo Sublease Property identified on the Colocation Sites Schedule and Moon or its applicable Subsidiary shall accept the same, subject to the other provisions of this Agreement and (to the extent not inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement) the terms of the Separation Agreement and the other Documents.

  • HP shall grant or cause its applicable Subsidiary to grant to Agilent a sublease of that part of the relevant Sublease Property identified in the Colocation Sites Spreadsheet and Agilent shall accept the same, subject to the other provisions of this Agreement and (to the extent not inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement) the terms of the Separation Agreement and the other Ancillary Agreements.

  • Parent shall lease or cause its applicable Subsidiary to lease to SpinCo or its applicable Subsidiary those parts of the Parent New Lease Properties identified on the Colocation Sites Schedule and SpinCo or its applicable Subsidiary shall accept the same, subject to the other provisions of this Agreement and (to the extent not inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement) the terms of the Separation Agreement and the Ancillary Agreements.

Related to Colocation Sites

  • On-site means the same or geographically contiguous property which may be divided by public or private right-of- way, provided the entrance and exit between the properties is at a cross-roads intersection, and access is by crossing as opposed to going along, the right-of-way. Non-contiguous properties owned by the same person but connected by a right-of-way which he controls and to which the public does not have access, is also considered on-site property.

  • Service Locations means those locations set forth on Exhibit B.

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • Work Locations means any real estate that Windstream owns, leases or licenses or in which it holds easements or other rights to use, or does use, in connection with this Agreement.

  • Service Location means a location at which a member obtains a covered service provided by a physician or other licensed practitioner of the healing arts under the terms of a contract.

  • Collocation is an arrangement where CenturyLink provides space in CenturyLink Premises for the placement of CLEC's equipment to be used for the purpose of Interconnection or access to CenturyLink Unbundled Network Elements. "Collocation – Point of Interconnection" or "C-POI" is the point outside CenturyLink's Wire Center where CLEC's fiber facility meets CenturyLink's Fiber Entrance Facility, except where CLEC uses an Express Fiber Entrance Facility. In either case, CenturyLink will extend or run the Fiber Entrance Facility to CLEC's Collocation Space. "Commercial Mobile Radio Service" or "CMRS" is defined in 47 U.S.C. § 332 and FCC rules and orders interpreting that statute.

  • Data Center(s) means the site or sites at which the Software will be hosted to provide the Authorized Services to Customers. Such site or sites shall at all times be owned or controlled by the Provider.

  • Service Areas means those areas within the Building used for stairs, elevator shafts, flues, vents, stacks, pipe shafts and other vertical penetrations (but shall not include any such areas for the exclusive use of a particular tenant).

  • Installation Site means the site at which the Product is originally installed.

  • Co-location means the use of an existing tower or structure to support antennae for the provision of wireless services. A replacement tower that is constructed on the same site as an existing tower will be considered a co-location as long as the new tower is no taller than the old tower and that the old tower is removed in a reasonable short time frame after the new tower is constructed.

  • Project Location means the points or areas designated as such on Exhibit A and located on the ground by reference to points, stations, natural land features, improvements, or area boundary signs. STATE means the Oregon Department of Forestry, State Forester, or a duly Authorized Representative of the State Forester.

  • Data Center means the location where the production instance of the Cloud Service is hosted for the Customer in its region, as published at: xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/corporate-en/about/our- company/policies/data-privacy-and-security/location-of-data-center.html or notified to Customer or otherwise agreed in an Order Form.

  • Users means, for Services, those employees, contractors, and end users, as applicable, authorized by You or on Your behalf to use the Services in accordance with this Agreement and Your order. For Services that are specifically designed to allow Your clients, agents, customers, suppliers or other third parties to access the Services to interact with You, such third parties will be considered “Users” subject to the terms of this Agreement and Your order.

  • Off-Site Location means any real property other than the Real Property.

  • Customer Site means the site owned or leased by the Customer or any other site used to provide the Service, which is directly connected to a PoP managed by Liquid Telecom, as set out in the COF;

  • The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.

  • Anchor location means the physical location from which:

  • Sites means the area(s) upon or in which the construction work is carried on, and such other areas adjacent thereto as may be designated by the Commissioner.

  • Business location means a location where the firm carries out an activity that requires registration, and includes a residence if regular and ongoing activity that requires registration is carried out from the residence or if records relating to an activity that requires registration are kept at the residence;

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.

  • Common Language Location Identifier (CLLI) means the codes that provide a unique eleven (11) character representation of a network interconnection point. The first eight (8) characters identify the city, state and building location, while the last three (3) characters identify the network component.

  • Service Area means the geographic area approved by the commissioner within which an issuer is authorized to offer a Medicare Select policy.

  • Custom Local Area Signaling Service Features (CLASS) means certain call-management service features that are currently available from SBC-13STATE’s local networks. These could include: Automatic Call Back; Automatic Recall; Call Trace; Caller Identification and related blocking features; Calling Number Delivery; Customer Originated Trace; Distinctive Ringing/Call Waiting; Selective Call Forward; and Selective Call Rejection.

  • Customer Facility means Generation Facilities or Merchant Transmission Facilities interconnected with or added to the Transmission System pursuant to an Interconnection Request under Subpart A of Tariff, Part IV.

  • City’s Site means any land and/or premises owned by the City on which or in respect of which the Services are performed by the Consultant;

  • Communications Equipment means the communications equipment of the Licensee and its affiliates, including, without limitation, cabinets, racks, electronic equipment and other similar equipment.
