Combination Facility definition

Combination Facility means any hospital with nursing home beds that is licensed to provide more than one level of care such as a combination of intermediate care and skilled nursing care and adult care home care.

Combination Facility means a combination home as defined in G.S. 131E‑101.
Combination Facility means a hospital jointly operated in connection with a nursing home, home health agency or other organization, and governed by a common Board of Directors. A facility is not considered to be a “Combination Facility” if the hospital operates a home health agency or other organization as a department within the hospital.
