Combined Network Cancellation definition

Combined Network Cancellation has the meaning ascribed to it in paragraph 1 of Schedule 8;
Combined Network Cancellation means (as the case may be): a Cancellation (as such term is defined in paragraph 8.1 of this Schedule 8); or
Combined Network Cancellation means (as the case may be):

Examples of Combined Network Cancellation in a sentence

  • Where a Combined Network Alternative Train Slot is: accepted under paragraph 5.3(a); or accepted as a Combined Network Train Operator Variation under paragraph 5.4, the Combined Network Original Service shall not be treated as a Combined Network Cancellation for the purposes of Schedule 8.

  • Where a Combined Network Alternative Train Slot is: accepted under paragraph 4.2(a); or accepted as a Combined Network Train Operator Variation under paragraph 4.3, the Combined Network Original Service shall not be treated as a Combined Network Cancellation for the purposes of Schedule 8.

  • The Cancellation Sum shall be calculated as follows: the Cancellation Sum shall be £2,025 for each Combined Network Cancellation below the Cancellation Threshold; the Cancellation Sum shall be £5,401 for each Combined Network Cancellation equal to or above the Cancellation Threshold; and the "Cancellation Threshold" in any Charging Period shall be 0.40 per cent of the total number of Combined Network Services operated by the Train Operator in that Charging Period.

  • The Cancellation Sum shall be calculated as follows: the Cancellation Sum shall be £2,444 for each Combined Network Cancellation below the Cancellation Threshold; the Cancellation Sum shall be £6,520 for each Combined Network Cancellation equal to or above the Cancellation Threshold; and the "Cancellation Threshold" in any Charging Period shall be 0.56 per cent of the total number of Combined Network Services operated by the Train Operator in that Charging Period.

  • Index Cancellation means in respect of an Index, the Index Sponsor in respect of that Index permanently cancels such Index and no Successor Index is designated.

  • Synchronous Optical Network (SONET means the optical interface standard that allows inter-networking of transmission products from multiple vendors. The base rate is 51.84 Mbps (“OC 1/STS 1”) and higher rates are direct multiples of the base rate, up to 13.22 Gbps.

  • BT Network means the communications network owned or leased by BT and used to provide a Service.

  • Centralized Message Distribution System (CMDS) means the industry-wide data collection system, which handles the daily exchange of message details between CMDS participating telephone companies (also known as CMDS Direct Participants). AT&T-21STATE is a CMDS Direct Participant.

  • Network Data Mover (NDM) or “Connect Direct” means the industry standard protocol for transferring information electrically.

  • Mobile Network means a 3G or 4G network or any other mobile communications network which we choose to provide Mobile services.

  • Network Element is As Defined in the Act.

  • Distribution Network Operator or “DSO” shall mean the operator of a Distribution Network.

  • Exchange Message Interface or "EMI" means the format used for exchange of Telecommunications message information among Telecommunications Carriers. It is referenced in the Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions (ATIS) document that defines industry guidelines for the exchange of message records.

  • Network plan means a policy of group health insurance offered by an insurer under which the financing and delivery of medical care, including items and services paid for as medical care, are provided, in whole or in part, through a defined set of providers under contract with the insurer. The term does not include an arrangement for the financing of premiums.

  • Digital network means any online-enabled application, software, website or system offered or utilized by a transportation network company that enables the prearrangement of rides with transportation network company drivers.
